Is not perfect, but, is the best safety shoes that I have in the past 15 years
I work in manufactory on hard cement floor, the company provide 2 pair of shoes per year, beside that I buy from myself 1 par per year to find a good safety shoes for over 15 years. I have lot of pain under my foot for year, try new shoes and insoles for all kinds brand names you can imagine, and the pain continue. At the second day using this shoes the big pain like a miracle go way, is not 100% pain free, but, for sure what is left I can deal with, I recommend this shoes, try to buy 1/2 number up in wide to leave more space at the front, I used Amazon try first and was great! Good look

Too tight I should have sent them back.
They are tight on the tops of my feet. I bought larger than usual but they are still tight. The bottoms are comfortable, however.

You get what you pay for, but will work.
Ordered a Size 13w got a 12 w, but they will work, My husband is ruff on shoes, and I'm hoping these last longer, need to say they are steel-toed, but other than that, they are made ok, more plastic than leather. but will do for now

Tight sizes
For a size 14 wide they sure are kind of tight

Seem narrow, degrade fairly quickly for the price
The Terra work shoe seems to run a bit narrow. I wear a 12 or 13 depending on the manufacturer, and sometimes go with a wide for comfort or if I'll be wearing thick socks under it. I got the 13 wide here and while they fit, they are tighter than I was expecting, especially up by the resin toe, and feel more like a regular 12 on me. You probably want to order a size up, as if I had gotten a smaller size I doubt my toes would have fit under the protective resin at the front. Out of the box, the shoe looks good, with bright colors that really pop. The sole especially gets grungy fast, but that's normal for bright-colored undersides. What's more concerning is that the shoes are show significant wear after three months of what I would consider light duty. The toe has held up, and even protected my foot from a dropped (empty) pallet, but the seams all around are starting to come apart. I expect this from the cheap $20-$30 shoes, but for a shoe that's specifically designed for an environment with physical hazards, I find the speed of degradation concerning, and I'm not willing to drop $100+ every quarter on shoes that are becoming unwearable without going through a damage event.

Long & narrow. Pricey. Not very light weight. But I do like them otherwise
I normally wear a 12 or 12.5. Since 13 is too big for me, and since they didn't offer half sizes, I ordered size 12 (was expecting a 12D). What I received was slightly longer than my 12.5 shoes, probably closer to 13. But it was narrower than a D, probably closer to a B width. So what I thought would be a 12D is actually a 13B. What's further strange, when I ordered it didn't say "Wide", and the box doesn't indicate anything about width. But on the Amazon order page, every size says it's wide. These are definitely not wide LOL, they're a bit on the narrow side. The Terra brand has a lot of different patented features. These are the 4 features for this shoe: -Jetstride cushioning (insole) -Terra firma flex (plastic toe instead of metal, lighter weight, but claims to be the same level of protection) -Kryptoe (lighter fabric). -And they have a no-slip feature on the sole I will say I'm unimpressed with the "jetstride" insole - even though it's comfy at first, it's thin, flimsy, and prone to peeling apart. I see another reviewer said it fell apart after a few weeks, and I don't doubt it. I would replace the insoles with something better. Also, these are not lighter weight than my previous steel tipped work shoes (shoes, not boots). I have a very similar pair of work shoes from a generic chinese brand, the fabric is thinner, they're not as good, though they do have a real steel toe. Anyway, just for a ballpark comparison, my old steel tip shoes weigh 18 oz each, and these weigh 21.6 ounces each, so the Terra are almost 20% heavier. The outer fabric (synthetic, not leather) is a rip stop material, and double layered so it's soft on the inside. But it's not a breathable shoe at all, only a little bit on venting on the tongue. They're fairly waterproof too, you can get into 2-3" of water, snow, etc, for a few minutes and it won't bleed through to your socks. The material is also easy to clean, rinse and/or scrub, it won't hurt the shoe. However, the current asking price for these is $123, which seems steep. I know they have more amenities than the comparable occupational shoes you'd find at the local value mart. But still, brands like Brahma or Herman Survivors are less than half the price (ranging from $30-60 for steel tip shoes). I have no doubt the Terra are more durable. Still, I'm a bit mixed on these.

The shoes are tight.
These shoes could be great if they were the actual size they are listed as. I ordered size 6W, 6 wide. They are the right length but the they are tight. The opening is like a tight turtle neck sweater, so just getting my foot into the shoe it not comfortable. You can't loosen the laces and have more room, because the design of the shoe is restrictive. Tiny feet or skinny narrow feet only. I usually use my own insoles for higher arch support and comfort. These shoes will not allow room for that. The insoles that come with these shoes are pretty basic, with super low arches, nearly flat. They are bit lighter weight than the work boots I am currently wearing. I like to switch up my shoes every other day, to give my shoes a rest and to avoid foot pain. These shoes are attractive, unfortunately I am not able to comment of the comfort or traction, work functionality because I will not be able to actually wear the shoes. I do not have wide feet, I wear a regular shoe size, so these shoes are not wide, not medium or regular width, but are most likely narrow. I'm offering a generous 4 stars, but I hope people will read the reviews and either order for their size keeping in mind the size is mostly a mislabel, and the shoe I received is a 6 narrow.

Amazing while it lasts
Pros: Comfortable, easy to slip on/ off, lightweight. The best design for my feet by far. Cons: Will not last 6 months without noticeable aesthetic damage. 8 months will be falling apart.

Second pair purchased.
CSA approved boots required at work. This is my second pair, first pair bought at local store lasted a year or so which is pretty good since I do 12 hour shifts on concrete/tarmac, up and down steel grates and ladders, exposed to oil, fuel, hydraulic fluid, water, kick stair and stand locks on and off, etc. 90% of my time is on my feet. Very lightweight which is great on back, 100% composite so I can go through security without setting off the detectors (and thus getting wanded). And just as a bonus they were on sale so got a great price. As somebody else mentioned when i first opened the box wow strong plastic/rubber smell but after a week that went away. Other pair I replaced the insoles once, expect the same with this pair.

Bad odour protection but decent shoes
Like this shoe but odour protection is bad. Bought these shoes back in early summer. Maybe sooner Got rid of them after 3 months. Very bad odour from them. Had to buy a new pair so I bought the same shoes(thinkin that maybe my cat urinated on them. That’s how bad the odour is) Month later with the new shoes and they smell just as bad again. I’m trying to combat the odour more this time cause I didn’t try a lot last time. Hopefully my effort pays off. Don’t wanna buy another pair already. I was expecting to get atleast a year outa these shoes

3 months already coming apart
I’ve only had them 3 months and the toe cover is already coming apart. I am not hard on my work boots they usually last a long time. Will not buy these again.
