Company stands behind their product

I had this water bottle for some time now. The lid did start to leak. I have tired may things before giving up on it. I messaged the seller and they ask me for a few pictures and some questions. I see them the information. Before I knew it I had a new lid delivered to me. I feel this is great customer service and a great product. Keep the drink cold for many hours. When I am I need for more this is who I am buying from.

love the color options

This will keep your drinks cold or hot no problem . I'd say its only downfall is its spout being too small. I tend to drink it waterfall style near my lips or else it will create a vacuum inside . but I still love it .

Hand wash only or dishwasher safe?

Nice water bottle but the label says dishwasher safe and the bottom says hand wash only. Which is it?

Go for it!

I ordered the white one and was happy with the purchase. It keeps things cold for at least 24hrs. and that's with ice still in it. The handle makes it convenient for carrying.

Not your average liquid container!

I am writing this while on a cruise in Hawaii and I bought this especially for this trip. It keeps my drinks hot or cold for many hours. Does not leak. Easy to keep clean.

May not be a real Takeya

I have an original Takeya (purchased several years ago still in excellent condition) and the new bottle for sure does not seem the same after close inspection. First, Takeyas brings a detachable rubber bottom, the new doesn't. Second, the inside of original cap differs from the old Takeya. Third, new bottle lid says patent pending and old one does not. Fourth, size and lettering of new one is slightly smaller and different. Overall, the product works, but it doesn't seem to be original.

Kept cool for 8 hours

After removing this item from the packaging (along with a handlebar mount for my HD), I rinsed the bottle, placed two craft ice balls inside and filled the bottle with tepid tap water. I then placed the bottle in the holder on the motorcycle parked in the garage on a day that was 104°F. Approximately 8 hours later, I opened the bottle and took a sip. While there was no remaining ice after 8 hours, the water was colder than it was going into the bottle. Give that there are no circumstances under which I could be riding for 8 hours without stopping (fuel!), this is more than sufficient to meet my needs. A real-world usage will be coming next week when I ride 110 miles in the blazing heat with a bottle of ice water.

Excelentes termos

Como siempre muy buena marca Takeya. Necesitaba un termo que pudiera utilizar en el carro para los viajes y que no ocupara tanto espacio, estos termos de 18 oz. es lo que quería. El único inconveniente con el termo negro es que me llegó con un pequeño golpe en la base (Nada que interfiera con su propósito).

Lo amo!

ya tengo varios termos de esta marca y me encantan, tengo uno de 240oz que triago siempre en el coche con agua fria y la verdad es que siempre me termino el agua antes de que se caliente, no importa si dejo el termo en el coche y a este le esta dando el sol, compre otro de 18oz y esta perfecto para el dia a dia, ahi el café permanece caliente por 5 o 6 horas, en blanco se ve super bonito

Tolle Isolierflasche

Ich kann den wenig bekannten Hersteller sehr empfehlen, das Produkt ist sehr durchdacht und robust. Hält in allen Lagen dicht und lange warm bzw. kalt. Hervorzuheben ist die praktische Handhabung und gute Ergonomie beim Trinken. Farbe blättert nicht ab, sehr gute Verarbeitung.
