25 years old and the parts are still available

I just completed a major remodel in my Master Bathroom and secondary Bathroom on the second floor of my home. I had purchased a Shower/Tub combination faucet set at the local 'Big Box' store and my plumber indicated that without major demolition, we would have to re-fit with the same system originally installed Symmons. I thought there is no way that I am going to be able to find Symmons parts to fit my 25 year old shower/tub mixing valve...the Plumbing Shop that I originally purchased everything from has long since got out of business! I did an online search and to my amazement the replacement parts in Brushed Nickel were available! I even made a quick call to Symmons Customer Service and the helpful staff pointed me in the right direction! A week later, my plumber was making the install and the pieces are beautiful! Buy a quality product and it will pay rewards like my Symmons fixtures have done for 25+ years and now have the ability to serve me and my family for another 25 years!

For a symmons valve only. Expensive

Expensive ! I don't understand why Symmons products are so costly. I was unable to replace my symmons valve because previous home owner pretty much sealed it in and I'm unable to replace it with a cheaper moen or delta setup. But Symmons is all I can use. Why so much $

Gave my bathroom a facelift My handyman thought this kit was a bit expensive But he was very impressed with the quality when installing. It looks great and works great!!

Wonderful

Great look compared to the old school symmons trim you see in almost any home dating back to the early 90s. I got this as an amazon warehouse deal. Said there were imperfections... the box? Anyways it was a heck of a deal and looks great. Love the shower head. I wish it was the 1.5 version, not that I’m worry about the fish having water but for the fact I have electric hot water. No complaints, great products. Would recommend.

Best Quality Ever

I had an original triangle Faucet & Spout (about 30 yrs old) & wanted a new look. I went from a Pinto to a Bently! Cleaning the areas took more time than the installation. I did not hurt starting with quality to begin with but what a difference! Fit, Finish & quality materials makes this a MUST BUY!

Great Product; Spectaculare Craftsmanship, 100% solid product

No complaints, other than from my plumber lol. He had never intallled this brand and is wasn't as straight forward as some of the off the shelf stuff. The plumber kept commenting on the quality of the product and how impressed he was was the solid construction, no plastic! Even the tub spout is bronze and metal. I had check out every Delta and Moen available in the big box stores and all the tub spouts were plastic and I thought they felt cheap not this one. Its a spectacular piece and we love it

We like the look and feel of this set and it works well. The problem is that the instructions are pretty awful. They cover multiple versions... just not this one. We were able to figure everything out EXCEPT one big problem. The instructions clearly show how far out the faucet pipe has to be from your finished wall. We measured and had plumber do exact measurements. The problem... this model has a "back splash" for the faucet that requires additional length. We ended up improvising with a black rubber gasket so we didn't have to pay a plumber to return for 1/4 inch fix. VERY frustrating.

Great quality for the price.

These have been in for about a month now. They look great and are Excellent quality for the price, all pieces were solid metal construction which was a nice surprise. install was a breeze for the mechanically inclined. I will update if the finish begins to wear off or if anything fails.
