Nice, but wide

Beautiful product with various hardware installation choices. My only complaint is that the holder is too wide, could hold maybe 1 1/2 rolls.

Excellent Design and Quality

I first purchased 2 of these for our master and guest bathrooms. It was part of our upgrading the hardware. Loved the simplicity of the design and was very pleased with the quality of the item. Handyman installed them without any problem. Given the initial experience, I decided to purchase another for the half bathroom. Again, it was installed without any problem; unfortunately when we got to the point of putting on the paper in the rod, we found it to be defective. The spring seems to be broken. We can't seem to close it to be able to hold the paper in place. Trying to get a replacement but no one seems to care. Update: I managed to write directly to Symmons on 8/10/20 and requested a new rod. Customer Service responded quickly. They sent me an email saying that a new piece would be sent. Today, August 20 I received an entirely new package of the rod and holder. Appreciate the follow up and delighted to see this company responded. Thank you. Hence I changed my rating from a 2 to 5 stars.

Affordably priced alternative to the more expensive Oxford Series

A little more lightweight, a little less in terms of fit and finish and a whole lot less expensive than its more upscale Oxford sibling. We installed these fixtures in several bathrooms in our b&b inn and they've worked absolutely fine and have elicited admiring comments from incoming guests. We can't ask for any more than that.

great product

very nice, solid, matches the other hardware Symmons - Elm style. I highly recommend this product and the other symmons product I have bought. So far I have hardware for the shower and tub and hardware for a sink. All installed, all look great and functioning without any issues.
