Seams split

The seams split on the right shoe (picture anttached) after only 3 months. I was looking for a way to return the shoe as a manufacturing defect and called Steve Madden directly. They told me they couldn’t help since I purchased through Amazon. I can’t find a way to return on the Amazon website. I’d like to get a replacement as dress shoes worn in an office environment 3 days a week shouldn’t split after 3 months.

Great pair of shoes for under $100

Bought these shoes for work. Extremely comfortable, perfect for my standard foot size. Work in a office, meet with clients mix of at the desk and walking. Overall very comfortable for both. Only thing I would change is the laces that come with it. They work and are fine but don't feel as nice. Too long and thin.
