One of the best golf grips on the market!

Star grips are relatively unknown to most people, but they are without a doubt one of the best that money can buy. They feel incredible right off the bat, much better feel and tackiness compared to something like a Golf Pride Tour Velvet or Lamkin Crossline. It's hard to describe, but they just "feel right" - exactly what the perfect golf grip should feel like. I used to install these with the traditional tape & solvent, but they were designed for tapeless installation using an air compressor and air gun tool (available on their website). Once you switch over to the tapeless method, it's definitely a lot quicker because you can take off an old grip and install a new one in under a minute and there's no messy solvent to deal with, and the best part is you can use it right away with no drying time. So you can easily swap colors, or sizes, or (what I like to do) move a whole set of grips from one set of irons to another. As for the performance, I have never used a better all-around grip that performs like it should in just about any situation. They're soft enough that you can use them without a glove and they won't tear your hands up, but even without a glove they won't slip in your hands. In warm weather they get even tackier, and in cold weather they still stay nice and soft (many grips become hard and slick in the cold). And I don't play often in the rain, but the few times I have the Star grips performed great - just a quick wipe of the towel and they were maybe even tackier than when they are dry. Do yourself a favor and try these out. They even have a 3 year warranty, but that's almost irrelevant because I've never worn one out and I've seen reviews on their website from people who used a set for 15 years and they still weren't worn out, which is absolutely crazy when most grips only last a couple of years. In fact, I feel like most grip companies (Winn, I'm looking at you!) almost intentionally design their grips to wear out quickly so you need to keep replacing them every season. But not Star, they made these things to last and they do exactly that. Money very well spent!
