Stopped working after almost a year

I bought this shower head April of 2022 it is now the beginning of February 2023 and it is doing nothing but a small dribble when the shower is fully on I replaced it already and the new shower head is putting out perfect pressure so I know it's not my water pressure but the shower head itself it did good but for the last 2 months it's been declining in pressure.

Not even close!

Not as powerful as I believed, through reading reviews. Did I miss something? There's no "obvious" restrictor, that I can find. I turned it upside down (most powerful setting) and the spray was less than 6"; should have been spraying the ceiling! I have great water pressure/flow throughout my house, and HAD great pressure with my last handheld I bought on clearance at Walmart, I think? * about $10. Major issue with the ball joint (as everyone else says, it flops down from the weight of the head, making it too short for "taller than me" people. (5'6) This will be an annoying issue for my 6'3 roommate. I have to search again, there's a long review here, that explains how to take apart the ball joint, readjust, and put it back together and he claims it did the trick!! I did however, go back through the threads on either end of the hose and cleaned and applied a new, thicker wrap of teflon tape, seemed to improve the pressure more... livable, but not as expected. The customer service help line didn't even ring, the several times I tried to call. But Amazon Customer Service came to the rescue with a solution for me. Thank you Amazon! You're always there to help!

Best shower head ever!

Bought this my ederly sister, she said this is the best shower head she has had in a long time. She is in rental and said she is definitely taking that shower head.

Not high pressure

I bought this because it says high pressure. It is not. The pressure on this is less than the one we had before. I’m disappointed

Great other than ball joint

Easy to install and simple instructions. Very well packaged and designed with one exception. The ball joint which holds the unit does not tighten well. As a result the unit keeps flopping down until it makes contact. I did solve the problem by using a garden hose washer to create a wedge. Solved the problem but should not have to do that. See pics. Once solved works well.

it starts leaking

It worked fine at the start, I was rather proud that I had sniffed out a good deal, so I thought, like life all good things must come to an end, then one morning while I was croaking out a good Beatles tune in the shower, the shower head sprung a leak and started shoot water our of areas where water should not come out of, my dreams of many more great showers had come to a grinding halt, so I had to reinvest in another shower head

Pour me sécuriser dans le bain et ayant des cheveux à la taille, je suis certaine d'enlever tout le shampoing.

Does the job

The media could not be loaded. I needed matte black shower to match rest of my existing bathroom fixtures and this was way cheaper than buying $100+ shower from Home Depot. I was not disappointed. For the price, it's great. It works.
