nice blanket but cream color is getting discoloration

Ordered April 20th 2023, seems to work fine but over the first month of use, we are now noticing the blanket does not seem to heat evenly anymore and the light color of the blanket is getting reddish discoloration along where the heating wires lay. Have followed all instructions on packaging...hope the warranty will be honored if it continues to deteriorate in performance.

Two Heat Controllers

I was surprised to find two heat controllers in the package, and thought maybe one was a backup(?). Turns out that there are two controllers as a consideration for its larger size and the likelihood that two different people will be using it. Fancy! As winter is around the corner an electric blanket takes the edge off when it all gets to be too off the grid-like. It has ten levels of heat for each side. I've found the level ten to be very warm but then, it is just starting to get into the cold season. Level Five is still too warm for this time of year. My legs ache in colder months so I am grateful for an electric blanket to sooth that. Personally, this is quite the luxury. Grateful With a name like Serta, chances are its quality.

Mother-in-Law present, Best Ever

Kate Bearden with the company helped us trouble-shoot when it started seeminly turning off at random. It works like it should & she hleped us get it registered in case anything else happens withing the remaining 4 years of the limited warranty. She was kind, helpful, patient & very tennacious with helping us get all the documentation needed to get registeres. It's a great product. We highly recommend buying one.

Control Cord Too Short

Product arrived timely. The blanket was put on the bed, but the cord attached to the control is so short it won’t even reach the top of the nightstand. Even if the blanket is put on the bed with the electrical cords at the head of the bed (not my preference), the cord is very shot. We are going to install a cup hook to hand the cord on the side of the nightstand. Lousy!!!

Latte tan or Cream ?

This blanket is what I was looking for but the description says Latte Tan but what I received is a very light almost white cream color . There were a couple of black spots and lint on the blanket. Maybe a return ?? Other than that, seems to work fine. You can feel the heating wires for those interested but they are not distracting. Overall a good deal but would feel more comfortable knowing it wasn`t used.

The blanket is OK, but the cords are WAY too short

The cord that connects the controller to the blanket is not long enough to put the controller anywhere other than on the floor. It couldn't have cost much just to add another yard / meter to the length. I would have picked another brand had I known this.
