5 stars for the shirt, zero for the hat

Purchased as a costume for a drama production. The shirt is perfect, good quality and looks really nice. The show is this week so I'm thankful that there are other appropriate hats in the drama department closet because this hat is REALLY bad. They would do better to sell the shirt alone, it is worth the price even without the hat.

Looks great, comfortable

Hubby looked amazing in this for his office Halloween party and security did a double take when he passed them! The hat is useless — i threw it away—but who cares, the shirt is great.

ran smaller than expected

I ordered this costume for my husband. The shirt looked very nice and authentic (even with the iron ons instead of actual patches) PERFECT for halloween. However, the shirt ran a little small and the hat was a child sized hat! I couldn't even put the hat on my head! My husband could deal with the tight shirt (he said it was a little uncomfortable especially in his arms but other than that it was ok. He could not deal with the hat though! Luckily we already had a different hat, we usedKangaroo Adult Canadian Mountie Hat, Park Ranger Hat or Drill Sergeant Brown Hat and it looked PERFECT. we added some other accessories like sunglasses and handcuffs and it was a perfect halloween costume!

Good shirt for price, hat is useless. 7.5/10

The hat is useless, but the shirt is pretty damn perfect for $20. Thin quality of course, but compared to other costumes this one is the cheapest and most fun IMO. I wear a large in shirts and the standard-fit me slightly loosely but fine enough to rock on Halloween.

The shirt fit fine and was not too cheesy but the hat, let me tell you.... it was not even close to the picture and was oversized and mishapen as well as just looking clownish in nature. Purchase fine other than that. I just didn't use the hat since it looked so ridiculous.

It's great for a costume

As others have written, the shirt is actually quite good quality, the hat is a bit strangely shaped and it is hard to fathom what is so hard about being able to glue the badge in the middle of the cap. But that aside, it's not that noticeable and most certainly does the job for a laugh or a role play or a costume party. My girlfriend giggled with delight when I surprised her wearing this so it must have been "authentic" enough! I could have done without the american flag on the right arm (no offence to my American friends, just that I am not American!) but whatever. It's just a costume.
