Roper Mocs

More durable than most toddler mocs. They'll last, once they break in. Narrow & stiff (for a toddler). We got a 9 "to grow into" for our 4 year old daughter with girl's size T8-9 very average-narrow feet and these are NARROW for her in the toe--we've wet the leather & stretched them a few times & they're fitting better now

Too small :(

My son is 2 years old, will be 2 1/2 in a few months. He out grew his twisted x which were a size 8. I decided to buy the ropers because I thought the sole looked much more supportive. I bought a size 9 and they are way too small. I guess I will save these for my youngest. It's so hard to know what size shoe to buy! And the little kid, big kid is confusing to me.

Best Shoes For Your Little Cowboy

I have purchased 3 pairs of these shoes for my 6 year old over the past 2 years. I try to keep one as his "town shoes" and one to wear around our family's cattle ranch and his "work shoes" We have tried other popular moccasin shoe brands for him and they do not hold up to the wear and tear of my rascally cowboy nor do they have the awesome rubber tread. I have another pair in my shopping cart awaiting the graduation of his "town shoes" to his "work shoes"

Love these shoes. My boys cannot wear them out. I would definitely say they are true to size.
