Not bad at all

Not bad at all. Relatively comfortable out of the box. they will not take much breaking in. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is, there is no flap on the inside of the zipper. Zip sides are hard to make water resistant normally, but these will let water in very quickly.

Not impressed. ...

If you're looking for an 8" tactical boot because you prefer the extra support around the ankles and lower leg, look elsewhere. However, if you want a shoe that looks like a boot ... this might be it. The shaft of the boot is flimsy - made 95% of spineless thin unstructured material. No support whatsoever. The tongue is paper thin ... literally, as thin as paper. The lower part of the boot is adequate at best, but certainly feels like a shoe since it doesn't feel like it extends above the ankle. Comfort-wise, nothing special either ... could definitely be improved upon. Overall, these are just average "shoes" and below average boots.

Great for a start

Just got these 7 hours ago when I got home. Figured I'd start breaking them in right away. Put them on and still wearing 6 hours later. Very comfortable, well fitting, and well made. Love the zipper side. It seems very well made compared to a couple of other zipper sides I've had. I'll be wearing these at work (electrician) so I'll update on the durability of them. When I ordered these 2 days ago they had Prime Delivery option but were listed as the last 13 wides. So the non Prime listing today must be another vendor. I guess.

so far, so good.

purchased a 1/2 size bigger because it had a sale on that size. turns out it fits perfectly. wear it all day no problems. zipper a little tight at the top, so i just leave it about an inch short out of laziness. but the zipper is what i bought it for. hardly know they're on except i had to move my car seat a few notches back to feel comfortable with the pedals. week old. so far, so good.

Very bad quality.

I wear these boots for about 3 or 4 time and its already broked. It is not real leather and it start to crack. I've been in the military for 8 years and now I am a canadian peacekeeper since 2009 so I need to wear these kind of boots. But the thing is that I'm to proud of my job to present myself with someting like that so I will return you my order. I did not even receive what I ordered. It's not the same on the picture. it's something eslse cheaper. Very disapointed.

Unbelievably sturdy for the price. I wore these while working, hiking, and riding my motorcycle for months on end, and they're still going strong with only minimal signs of wear. Wasn't expecting these to last as long as they have to be honest...
