Fun for hours

I love this marble run. I’m an adult with ADHD and it helps me decompress from the day! I even started buying some of the add ons like the zip line.

poor shipping package

I have no complaints about the product itself. It's fine and our grandson was delighted to add it to his Gravitrax system. My criticism is of the shipping package. There was none! The shipping label was slapped onto the clear cellophane wrapper of the item. Upon arrival, it was impossible to completely remove that shipping label without tearing the cellophane. I know everyone is trying to reduce shipping materials, etc. but if this had been a gift for someone who lived with me, the surprise would have been ruined. As it turned out, on Xmas morning, when the child opened his gift, he couldn't see what it was because the picture and name of the item were covered by the remains of the shipping label. 5 stars for the product, BIG FAIL for the packaging!

Nice toy

Great toy. My son wanted it for his 9th birthday. It definitely was a hit and he spends a lot of time building tracks.

Not worth the money

The hall doesn’t actually transfer onto the zip line. It just bumps into a ball already on the zip line. Kinda boring.

Great STEM Toy

I bought this for my robotics class to support design/ building concepts and they love it.

Fun but a little picky

This is a neat addition, to a track, but it is a bit picky to use. The marble car that runs along zip line tends to fall off the track, and nearly always does after it has made its run. Because of the length of the arm on holding the marble to the track it has to be positioned on an angle to get it to sit properly in its start position and still be attached to the zip line (which also leads to it falling off the track at times). It also doesn't run very smoothly on the track... It doesn't get caught up or anything, it just doesn't visually move as smoothly through its "zip" as I would like it to. All in all it is neat, just not quite a neat as I was hoping.

My kid loved it. You have to put in enough speed for it to work, and once we figured that out we had a lot of fun with it

Fun

My son loves Gravitrax and this accessory is a fun addition. Sometimes it doesn’t work when a marble hits it, you have to make sure the marble hitting it has enough speed going. Overall it’s great.

Great quality toy and customer service

This was an addition to our well loved gravity track and customer service was great sending us a missing piece so fast. My kids, 10 and 6 are super happy! They have played with the gravity tracks well over a year and they do not get tired as there are many challenging and entertaining options to try. It is more like the oldest brother takes the lead and little one assists and gives input on construction, as it is a game I would day 7/8 plus. Really please with customer service. It is an expensive toy but it is of quality and well designed.

It’s an add on to the main tracks. It’s expensive for what it was so decided to send it back.
