Presentation av routerstyrbussningen med låsmutterset från POWERTEC. Denna mallstyrbussning och mutterkombination säkerställer enhetliga och felfria routingresultat i alla dina mallrouterapplikationer som involverar 1/4”-mallar. Styrbussningen med kort skaft är 5/8 OD och 17/32 ID. Bussningen är 7/32 lång och bussningens kropp är 1-11/64 med en 1-23/64 fläns. Den behändiga styrbussningen med kort skaft är designad för användning med överfräsar som har Porter-Cable-typ subbaser (1 -3/16 till 1-1/4 genom öppningar i basen) och avsedd att användas tillsammans med en 3/8 hängbit. great baseplate
This plate lined up well with the Bosh router I bought it for. It is thick and feels quite sturdy - more so than original plates on any of the originals on my Bosch, DeWalt, or Porter Cable routers. It is slightly thicker than any of those actually, so if you need an EXACT match, say for a edge guide or something, this might be an issue. Though I only used the ones for my Bosch, the screws that came with it looked good and showed no sign of rounding out or over as I cinched them down. The accompanying centering tool works well and was a nice touch to include that (though I already have one somewhere around the shop...) Looks like lots of folks rate it poorly b/c it doesn't fit their routhers. Hmmm. Mine fit perfectly and seems like some people with same model router say it fits, others don't. Really strange, but this is a really good baseplate. And it was one of the less expensive. Really good value.

Fits My Bosch Routers
I use Porter Cable router guides in my Bosch routers. This base plate gives me a bigger viewing area than my Bosch base plates with Bosch router guides. It lets me see what I'm cutting.

Will it fit a Triton router?
I bought this to fit a Triton MOF001 router. The advertising says that this base plate will fit my router but I was quite disappointed after I opened the package to find that no holes in this base plate, and there are many, align with the holes that my original base plate uses in my router. LOOK CLOSER! Remove your original base plate and you will find two, nearly opposing, holes hidden under that base plate that cleanly line up with two holes in the new base plate. Powertec also included two screws that will fit these newfound holes that you never knew were there! I’m not sure if Powertec meant to have the hidden holes in the base of my router line up so nicely as it would have been much easier to put three or four holes that line up with the holes in my original base plate but you CAN use this clear baseplate on your Triton router. You’ll only have two holes lined up but, because they nearly oppose each other, you should be ok. The two screws are hefty ands give more purchase that you might expect. It’s a very nice, heavy duty base plate which I’m now using wit Powertec’s 71051 Router Template kit. Awesome kit at a great price! I’ve been working wood for more than 60 years so I believe that I know what I am using in my shop!

Like this base plate for Bosch 1617 - RA1161(fixed), RA1166 (plunge)
I needed a clear base plate that will permit a better view of the work-piece and one that will hold my template bushings. This one met both of my needs. Note - the provided screws don't have the correct threading; use the ones that come with the router bases.

Not for Ryobi
Does not fit Ryobi (at least, didn't fit my R-500). I did find one hole that fit one of the holes in the base, but had to drill the other three. Gets a star or two because at least I didn't have to drill a bushing cutout, and the centering thing is handy.

It's useful
I wasn't able to use it for the intended project but a few pros and cons. Pro: it's clear making it very easy to see the workpiece underneath. The con is there's so many holes ita hard to figure out which ones go to your router base... mark it with a marker when you find it. It's got the centering cone which is great.

Ok fit for a Mastercraft plunge router
The plate is 6.5 inches – not 6 inches as written under “About this item”. However, it's written 6.5 under “Technical Details”. So I confirm it's 6.5. The seller should make the correction. The plate fits a Mastercraft plunge router with 3 screws. But the fit is not perfect. The plate holes are not perfectly aligned with the holes on the router. I had to grind the head of the screws to make them fit. The plate seems good quality. Time will tell if it lasts. I give it 4 stars because of the mislabeling.

Served the purpose
Needed a platefory Freud router that would accept PC guide bushings. Couldn't find one but thought I'd try this one. Note:Freud is not list among the compatible router manufacturers Though it didn't fit as delivered, I was able to drill out 3 hoes that nearly fit. Worked fine and I now have a Freud router that accepts PC bushings.

Arrived in 3 days to Maritime Provinces. My router was not listed as one that was compatible however it did fit nicely. FYI.. I have a mastercraft maximum fixed base/plunge router. Base plate is heavy duty and will last. It is 6 1\2 " in diameter.. I have it attached to my plunge base as the fixed base is in the router table. I also purchased the Kemptson 99000 brass template guide kit and it fit perfectly in this baseplate. I did however have to grind the head of the screws smaller to enable perfect centering on the router for the template guide kit..

However, I'm very disapointed by the product I received because it is 6" 1/2 rather than 6 inches as described and in order to use it, I need to rebuild my templates and guides. Works perfect with mastercraft maximum router! Look no more. No ptoblems at all and fits porter cable dovetail jig bushings!
