I LOVE these erasable pens and how smoothly they write.

I bought these pens while looking for the elusive erasable ink pens of the old days for my 7 year old who always wants to use a pen instead of pencil but is still pretty prone to errors and the need to erase. She'd never heard of such thing as an erasable pen. I happened upon the RocketBook when I ordered these and they are a great addition for that as well. The only downside I have found is that .7mm is the largest point I have been able to find anywhere. A 1.0 option for bolder writing would really be amazing but for all intensive purposes these certainly get the job done and write so smoothly and without any broken line stroke so I think I can easily learn to live without the 1.0 option, I'm sure it won't be long before there is one available anyway.

Best pens!

I love these erasable pens. These are priced better than in store. Work well and long lasting, just don’t leave in the car in heat…they will explode/burst open.

Love it

I had to buy these because I saw my classmates using it during nursing clinicals. We have to deal with a lot of paperwork and these pens are amazing! Will be purchasing more because I already lost 2 :(

Great for writing and crafts

I bought these so I can draw my own embroidery patterns onto fabric, then use an iron to make the limes disappear. Works great for that, but also for my 6th grader students who don’t want to write everything in pencil, but aren’t really proficient in error-free composition. They LOVE these pens!

First time buying erasable pens

They all faded and smudged off completely from my paper :(

I was super excited for these pens at first. I wrote a bunch of school notes and they erased just fine. However, when I opened my notes a few days later, half of the page was smudged off. Not sure why this happened but I won’t be using them again so it was a waste of three pens :(

A colleague of mine pointed out that others had this pen and that it was great to have a pen that is erasable so you don't need to scribble out your mistakes or errors. The pen feels good in the hand and writes smoothly. It works as advertised, as in you can indeed simply erase what you wrote. However, I'm not a fan of how the ink looks on the page, or that you can feel the raised ink where you wrote. With a black pen, I expect black. This was more of a faded black/grey and while advertised as fine, it's very much a medium tip. Since the ink doesn't get absorbed by the paper, I can understand why I feel it on top of the paper. Just not a fan of how that feels. With that comes concerns of longevity of your writing as it is erasable, I'm not sure how long it would last in a notebook where you're constantly flipping pages and causing the pages to rub on each other. I've only used it for a week, so I'm not sure if this is a real concern or not, but something to think about since on the packaging of the pens it says to use a regular pen for legal documents.

Must have for students

Ink drys fast and there is very minimal stain when ink is erased (think slight oil stain type of discoloration). Ink does not come out too quickly, which was an issue with my last erasable, and it is pretty consistent. Would recommend for students taking quick notes EDIT: After a few months of fairly consistent use these pens are still kicking! A previous reviewer said that it ran out in a few days of note taking, but I really don't see how that is possible. I checked and mine are all over half way full.... given that I take notes in class for around 10 hours a week, this seems to be pretty on par with normal pens. I would also HIGHLY recommend these for written tests. If you have to write in pen these will save you big time! I just wrote a 3 hour exam yesterday and these saved me from having to cross out or white out any of my work. It made it look much more presentable and was much quicker. One thing to note is that the grip can be a bit of a pressure point for people who hold their pens a bit lower than most. After 3 hours of vigorously writing it started to hurt a bit. Not to the point of needing to stop mind you, but enough that it would have been uncomfortable to write for another hour. If they can smooth this edge out it would be and easy 5 stars! For the price though, I'd suggest giving it a shot and seeing how comfortable you find them.

I bought this pens outside of amazon (physical store), and through this seller (amazon shop). Unfortunately they seem to dry up soon after being used and no ink will come out from the tip when writing. I found this very frustrating, and I think it must be the type of ink. I now have several pens full of ink and I'm unable to use them. My first one was the only one I could use from start to finish, and based on that I bought several more, but only to find out they would last far less than my first one. I will not buy these again. My classmates have experienced the same issue. This may be a specific batch that was affected, and if you live in a different province or country they may still work just fine, but I got a bad batch (at least 5 of mine and 3 more of acquaintances which failed prematurely). Pleas note that this is not the seller's fault, and that this review is solely on the pen (the product). I hope they can solve this issue. I do not require a refund or return

the noises it makes could be annoying to some people

The pen clip wobble around as I write, the noises it makes could be annoying to some people. Also the Ink isn't as dark as other pens, but this is one of the trade offs and I don't really mind it. The erasing part works really well, even better than some normal erasers on pencil marks, if the Ink is a bit darker and the clip doesn't wobble as much I would definitely rate this 5/5.
