Very nice faucet. Great quality product.

This worked perfectly in our fifth wheel camper. We are at a permanent site now and needed a bigger sink and faucet. Great purchase wonderful quality item.

it looks good, but it is what I expected

I had handyman help to install it, once we opened the box, it did not have the hose line, he had to go to home depot to get it, after installed it, the pull down hose is not going back smothly itself, it is not as convinent as my previous one, also the spray is not spreaded out more area as my old one either, it is not what I prefer, but since it is so hard to get handy man here and not install it. However, I will not buy it again, next time I will read more review before buy it, however, it is a good brand, but a little disappointed.

We didn’t self install

I bought Pfister because we had two of them in our prior home. Neither ever leaked, but the others did.

Stylish and works great!

Got this as a lightning deal. I love the look of it, it adds a lot to our kitchen. It was a little bit hard to install, because it didn't come with the water lines we needed, and we had to make a couple of trips to the hardware store to get everything for the fittings. The sprayer works great and I love the style. Definitely recommend!

So Disappointed

The faucet was installed by my contractor one week ago. While doing dishes tonight I noticed it was leaking so I tried to tighten the pull down faucet. It fell right off. Tried to screw it back on but to no avail. Not really sure what to do now as the contractor finished working in my home. UPDATE: The next morning I woke up to a flood under my sink. A piece of junk. Change my overall rating to a ZERO!

This does not come with hot and cold water hose.

When the plumber was already working on installation, we had to run to home depot to get the hose for connecting hot and cold water. I have had so many kitchen faucets installed over a period of time, and no other brand came with no hose. If the plumber had not removed the old faucet, I would have returned this product.

It could be better!

Product is good quality, but when you pull the nozzle out the small connection does leak and the retraction is OK.

Great faucet, even better customer service.

After we installed the faucet it began to wobble back and forth indicating something inside the faucet has broken. I called Pfister and in 7 days sent a replacement of the entire faucet. They were very responsive and definitely back up their warranty.
