Good faucet but...

Love this faucet and it looks great with our new vessel sink! But, I don't like that it took ordering 4 of them and still having to contact Pfister to get parts that were broken replaced just to get two working faucets. Three of the four we ordered came in boxes that were completely torn up and taped back together and three of them had broken pieces. If we hadn't ordered everything for our bathroom in this style, I probably would have given up and went with another style and brand. But, in the end, we finally have everything installed and working and they look great! It was just a very frustrating process!

Very nice vessell sink faucet, the finish is beautiful

My mom actually needed this for her bathroom remodel. I was an interior designer until kid number 2 and it amazes me that my mom doesn't listen to me when it comes to design related issues but I did finally get her to listen to me on doing a vessel sink and faucet. She loves all things antique and this faucet was perfect for her. They are still in the process of redoing their bathroom so they haven't installed this yet but we love the way it look in the box. She got a copper sink to go with it and the the slight copper details in this faucet go with it perfectly. We shall see how well it holds up but for right now my mom is very happy which makes me happy.

Classy faucet for vessel sink

Installed this faucet (brush nickel finish) with my 16" Xylem Metallic Grey Vine vessel sink. The faucet is big and tall so there should be enough space around the sink otherwise the counter might look crowded. It fits perfect for my 30"x21" counter. The faucet has a classy look (of a hand pump style) and the water flow is smooth and wide enough for a easy wash. The inside of the faucet mouth has a very rough finish compared to the brushed nikel finish on outside and is very visible while using. It comes off as a little bit of contrast and gives a little bit of rugged look. (Opinion depends on your liking) It comes with matching bath accessories. I've installed double tower bar and bath robe hook and very happy with the overall look.

I couldn't be happier!

Incredible product. Installation took 5 minutes tops. Some folks had problem with connections but the simple way was to disconnect the current faucets and screw on the provided connector. Then it's a simple snap on connection with the "keeper pin". Don't overcomplicate it. They are quiet and the quality is 5 star. I couldn't be happier!

Who new you could buy faucets from Amazon?

After looking at both Home Depot and Lowe's and finding out that they were special order and would have cost me more, I looked on Amazon on a whim and surprisingly found the faucet I was looking for and at a price that Lowe's and Home Depot would not match. Product arrived in great condition and as expected.

Elegant looking and solidly crafted faucet

We bought two of these for our vanity, along with Kraus white vessel sinks. They work perfectly together. Our sinks are partially recessed, and I was concerned that these faucets would be too high relative to the sinks, but there are no issues and they look great. These faucets are bigger than I thought, but very sturdy and beautiful.

Beautiful and hard working

I have only been using it for a few weeks but am very happy with the faucet. It is beautiful, feels solid and well made and works perfecty. I have it installed with a vessel sink in my powder room and get lots of complements.

Nice product but parts are missing

I loved it when I first opened the package but later on found out there were some missing parts. It seemed the parts are not universal and only made by the manufacturer for some products, so I had to order those missing clips and have them shipped to Korea :( I think I am not the only one as I saw other people's reveiw on amazon claiming to have the same problem. Although, the amazon customer support was great and offered me discount option so it sort of covers my extra internationall shipping cost.

Beautiful well made faucet.

Love this faucet!! It took a bit to get the proper set up for a drain to go with my sink so that I could see the faucet in action but am very pleased with the product overall so far. There is water that remains in the faucet and sits there but I knew this from other reviews so am just diligent to wipe clean so as not to cause water spotting.
