Easy walk dog collar

I have bought several of these collars during my dog’s nine years of life. They are not bulky and it makes it hard for her to pull and yank during the walk. I totally recommend them.

LIFE CHANGER!!! DOG WALKING TRANSFORMED!!

Over a year of anxiety walking my dog daily melted away in seconds!! I purchased this leash and harness based on the fantastic reviews, but was still skeptical about it working for my dog. Even dog trainers have had great difficulty walking my otherwise perfectly well-behaved, 80 pound German Shepherd. This leash started working the second we stepped out the front door!! I noticed it also works when going up and down stairs. My dog is now easy to control. If he wants to suddenly take off, such as running after a cat, it no longer takes a great effort to keep him under control and I noticed somehow this leash/harness immediately directs his attention back to our walk. Highly recommeded!

Seemed to help but wasn't very sturdy or durable

As instructed, my puppy was on the sizing chart border between sizes so I ordered the larger size. The harness fit loosely even at its smallest adjustment enabling my year of Chow Chow to chew through the chest strap in a matter of about 10 minutes while I took a phone call that couldn't wait. Thankfully, we were in the house after our walk so she wasn't totally off lead.

Life changing for heavy pullers!

OMG. I cannot tell you how many people I've told to buy an easy walk harness. My dog was SUCH a bad puller. I asked people at Petco what type of harness to buy. They recommended one that tightened in when they pulled and attached to the leash on the back. It was better than just using the collar which made her gag constantly and gave me a little more control, but it didn't help the pulling at all. I took her to a swimming place for dogs and the guy recommended a easy walk harness. He actually had one that he allowed me to try on her. I IMMEDIATELY saw a difference. She stopped pulling!!! Like what?!?! It's crazy! I couldn't believe I had been dealing with a 75 lb dog pulling me like she is the hulk for 3 years! The easy walk harness attaches to the leash at the chest and she stops?! I'm serious this harness is magic. I'm not making this up. I've been using it for a few months now. She's getting more used to it and pulls a little, but nothing like how she was before. My mom can now take her for walks without fear of getting pulled over or dragged down by the dog (which had happened before). I highly recommend! I do have another dog who I used this with. He wasn't much of a puller, but I loved the product so much I got him one. It's starting to rub him and irritate him behind his front legs in his "armpit" area. I did get a different harness today that doesn't lay in the same spot so the area can heal. He has thinner fur and did have a scab there from wrestling before using the harness. The other dog that I mentioned earlier has had no skin or fur issues from the harness.

Cute design

I love easy walk harnesses. They are easy to put on my dog and helps with my dog pulling when we go on walks. I do find I have to explain to the groomer or helper how to put it on. They always put it on backwards. The design is cute, in the pictures it looks red, but it’s really orange to pink flowers. I wish it had a collar to match.

Finally we can take our dog on walks!

we tried all kinds of leashes: the ones that are on their back with full wrap around, just collar, bungee leash, short leash... you name it, we tried it but our dog was just a total mess on every walk. It was basically a her dragging me or me dragging her... Not the way either one of us liked going for walks. Than I bought this one on accident. I thought I ordered another one that attaches the leash on her back (since that was the only one before that kinda worked) but this set arrived. It wraps around her shoulders and the leash attaches to the holster on her chest. It was slightly tricky to figure out how to put it on the first couple of times but now it doesn't take any longer than her collar. And OMG I could not believe it. First walk with this new Harness and SHE JUST WALKED!!! I barely needed to correct her. I never thought a harness could make such a difference. Definitely recommend this for anyone that has a dog that pulls or drags while going for walks. And it looks super cute. I get a lot of comments on how cute the leash is. Had it for over a year now and still in great condition. Not even chewed trough which she did to all her old harnesses and leashes. So my dog seems to like this one as well.

For my Poodle pup

Bought this for my 3 month old poodle. I know she'll outgrow it quickly since she is a standard in size. I have used the Easy Walk for many years with my older dog. These harnesses are wonderful if you have a puller. I recommend the Easy Walk to all my dog owner friends....

Adorable and durable, slips a bit

Edit: after a while of use, we are noticing that the adjustments on the straps do slide around a bit. Not a problem for use since we clip collar to harness but could be a security risk if only using harness. It loosens after some wear and you need to re tighten it. Unlike some other reviewers, we are having no issues at all with the buckles breaking. We are using it with a new rescue dog who was very nervous and pulling at first and the harness held up very well. We are being extra cautious by linking the leash with her collar AND harness, so I can't completely speak to the security of just the harness by itself, but it is doing its job well. I also like how it is adjustable on so many points, and how it is easy to put on, by just putting it over her head and then buckling under the armpit. The pattern is adorable and bright, and I don't think it'll ever fade because it's a part of the fabric, not just printed on topo.

Very happy with the harness!

It’s super cute, colour is true to the photo. Fits the same as all the other easy walks which I appreciate, it makes it easy to try on in the store and then order the colour variety online. This is my second easy walk, first one I had for 3 years and the clip stopped clipping in properly, but for the price that’s solid durability. My other dog tugs on it quite a bit and no rips or tears. IF you have a dog that pulls a front clip is a total game changer.

Easy walk

Finally a product that helps me walk my dog without pulling and fighting. My cocker/ poodle is very independent and suborn. Nothing has worked to slow him down and walk with me. It was so bad that for a while I refused to walk him as he would pull and hurt my shoulder. We tried everything from genteel leader to harness, to sensory collar( brought from Germany). This product is what the name says - easy walk. No correction needed. The minute I put it on my dog he walked slow next to me. Love our walks now. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because the leash part is to short in my opinion. Highly recommend it for those stubborn dogs.

Works better than regular harnesses to redirect dog, and safer than collars!

One of our top favourite gear. Helps to redirect my pup on walks, she pulls much less with this. Also since it is a chest harness (instead of neck collar), there is no risk of choking during free roam or dog rough play time. Only downside is my dog does have some redness and fur thinning on her belly where the green strap tightens on the few times she still pulls.

Excellent harness

Easy walk makes the best harness for doggies that like to pull/ owners that need a little more control (like me when I was pregnant!) They're well made, long lasting and always comfortable for our dog. She has never been bothered or aggravated by this harness. I got the “donut” variation and it is all of the above plus super cute. I’ll definitely be buying another for wash day!
