Great product

The product is great for my curly hair. The dispenser, however, doesn’t pop back into place.

Seems to work well, but I think it makes my hair fall out

It leaves my hair a nice texture, but after using it a while and comparing it to other products I found that I end up with a bunch of hair coming out with each use. I am actually starting to see my scalp. It doesn't happen with Good As New shampoo, Take Shape or Whipped Curls, just during the use of this conditioning wash. I just wish Whipped Curls came in a better dispenser.

Left hair frizzy

I wanted to like this conditioner, but it left my hair frizzy. It did provide lift and left it quite soft though!

cut with water

I bought from this seller before without issue, but this time the conditioner was obviously watered down. I will not buy from this seller again. Update: I don't think this is a seller issue. Have also purchased this product from other sellers in past 6 months, including from Ulta store, and finding nearly half the bottles I've purchsed seemed watered down. I've reported this issue to Ouidad and am awaiting a response.

Don’t buy!

I bought the shampoo and conditioner after reading all the reviews. I have curly hair and I’m always on the look out for a good shampoo and conditioner, and we’ll this is SO not it! After just washing my hair with the shampoo my hair felt like straw and the conditioner did absolutely nothing to change that. I landed up using my trusty raw sugar shampoo and conditioner to fix it. Definitely will never buy this ever again!

Not a fan

I received a free sample in an Ulta bag. Lived this bought it, and had a friend buy it too. I really think it caused my hair to fall out. Not chuncks, but a lot more strands daily then normal and the shower was obvious. I'm not saying it did for a fact. I'm saying I noticed a significant increase in loss when I used this

Counterfeit

I love this Ouidad product. What I received from Amazon was NOT it. It is completely different from what you’ll get from Ulta or the Ouidad website. Don’t waste your money.

This cannot be legit

The pump doesn't work. And it smells like lotion. Like Goldbond lotion. It does NOTHING for my hair. My mother rsuggested ouida products but I think Amazon dealer sells fake knock offs because every product I bought for Ouida was teensy tiny and not quality. So disappointing
