Does one job and one job well.

If you're going to be laying down irrigation pipe and will need to make more than a few cuts, its worth the investment to purchase cutters and these did well. I have zero complaints about the functionality but I believe the build quality was lower than expected with a price higher than expected. The handle lock fell off, it feels cheap in the hand and I would imagine after a bunch of uses the blades would show the same signs of value.

Works great for black poly sprinkler lines and smaller red/blue/white house lines.

Cuts very well

It cut through my 1 inch plastic pipe very well. The little clip on the back that closes it didn't stay on long. I had about 15 cuts to make and it worked well.

Es muy frustrante para hacer los cortes.

Better than Rainbird

I bought this to replace the Rainbird cutting tool that self-destructed when my husband was cutting up leaky old pipe for recycle. It seems much sturdier than the Rainbird (Rain Bird Landscape Dripline System Tubing Cutter TC-1PK ). The blade is thicker and the handle is more ergonomic. Add it's great that the price is so much better than the Rainbird version.

After searching through two home improvement stores and three auto parts stores, I found this on Amazon. I have been looking for a good hose cutter for cutting fuel hose for lawnmowers. These work perfectly and are simple to use. They cut clean and easily. I am sure I will find other uses for them, but for now these will do just fine for lawnmower repairs. Much safer than using a box cutter or a razor blade.

Lo he usado para cortar tubo de riego por goteo de 16mm y aunque ha funcionado bien me ha parecido que no es muy robusto
