Might want to hire a new ad design team
I actually haven't used this yet, so I can only say it seems very sturdy and I'm looking forward to not being terrified of metal bristles - if it works well, it'll be worth the hefty price. But, I had to laugh at the pictures on the attached advertising tag - the nylon bristle pic has the word "hot" on it and the steel wool pic has the word "cold" on it. While *I* understand the hot/cold uses, someone else could be confused and use this in completely the opposite way it's meant to be used. In fact, on their website, someone left a review for it with 1 star because it melted the first time they used it. So, Oklahoma Joe, you might want to correct those pictures. ????

Where's the bottle opener?
Great brush! Beefy, with no killer metal bristles. Love that the scrubbers are replaceable. However, the brush is depicted as having a bottle opener in the handle. Definitely not a deal breaker, but not accurate.

Scraper blade NEEDS to be bigger
I am really disappointed with the grill brush options out there. The orange brush side of this tool doesn’t really do anything. The metal scrubber side is just a titanium scrubber that you could do yourself with tongues. After only a few uses, you start seeing the signs of needing to replace both sides, which is just too costly in the long run. Get some dollar store titanium scrubbers and metal tongues and do it yourself. Furthermore, the scraping blade on the end is way too short to be of any use.

This "scrubber" works!
The "steel wool" really does the job in a hurry. The first scrubber that I have bought that cleans as fast as this one does! Money well spent.

Already useless
I bought this item in July, used it to clean the grill a dozen times this summer. Already completed destroyed and falling apart. Seemed like a great product and cleaned well initially, but does not last.
