Love the color

Love the color. Much better than the blue in the craft stores. However, although I did not have the experience of another reviewer where it got all over other items in their box and ruined them, just be aware that this powder is NOT in a sealed bag inside the box. It is open at the top and only folded over inside the box which makes no sense as this is very fine like a talcum powder. I would heed that other reviewers warning and by itself just in case.

Good product, I think a little goes a long way

I used the dye for a pet memorial stone but, I being an idiot. Didn’t read the directions clearly and kinda just shrugged it off saying “I’ll take a super blue stone…” Seriously… dry mix it until you get the color you want. Not even kidding. Their directions need to be labeled more clearly. I’m not even entirely sure how much lb wise I was suppose to add but, the dye comes off with touch in my case BUT I added the entire bag for a 7lb bag stepping stone… sooo take that with a grain of salt. VERY BLUE, nice hue.

Not what I expected!

Half of the dye powder was in the Amazon bag it was delivered in. There wasn't any kind of tie on the bag, as if they filled it up and dropped in the box upside down. The dye works great on your skin if you want to look like a Smurf, but didn't do much for cement sculptures. The powder mixes into water but then settles out during the curing process leaving a powder mess on the surface or no color at all. Would not recommend for cement work.

My favorite pigment. Cheap. Good. Beautiful color. I use it more washes on wood. After it dries you can polyurethane it.

I love this stuff

i love this color! i threw some on top of wet cement and ... look at the pic. i mixed a tiny bit of yellow in but the terra cotta did most of the color.
