Does not work affectively

The only good thing about this Fossett is the color coded LED that identifies the temperature coming out. The mechanism for turning it on and off is to swipe your hands either right or left or down or up. Typically we have to swipe three or four times in a given direction for it to register what we are desiring. It is not convenient, it is frustrating because of the multiple needed hand movements. My girlfriend wanted to return it immediately, I felt I might be able to learn how to use it better so I kept it for a few weeks; it has not helped and now we are beyond the return date.

High Quality and Beautiful Design!

Really nice faucet from Moen with unique design. Sink is purely single hole. Install was very easy and they provide a tool that makes it a breeze. Two handle options are a nice touch. There isn’t much data on this product so I’ll share some additional notes. Faucet is a weighted pull down which allows the head to traverse a little further into the sink when needed. Spray modes are powerful especially with boosted. The chrome finish is nice and the entire set of materials is high quality — feels high build quality to the touch. The head swings 360 degrees (went to 180 in the photo).

Looks nice; works well.

Good product; power boost works. There is a small flaw on the nozzle from an aesthetics standpoint. Not a scratch, just a small flaw but no one would notice it but me. Tried to call Moen but the wait time was 1+hr according to the recording. I can live with it.

All metal construction and gorgeous!

I love this beautiful faucet. I wanted a metal spray head since our 2 year old Kohler had already had large areas of paint missing from the plastic spray head. I’ve only had it a month but the pressure button makes the water quite a bit more pressurized. All in in this was exactly what I wanted! Thanks Moen!

Failed within 3 months of install and Moen sent incorrect parts for replacement

We loved the faucet after it was initially installed, however after less than three months using the faucet the wand assembly failed (specifically the power boost function). After multiple attempts to contact Moen, they sent a replacement part (see pictures of what was originally installed and what they sent) which was completely incorrect. Very frustrating experience and will not buy Moen again.
