Nice faucet.

New counters, new sink, new faucet. Install was straight forward, it works great, and looks nice. I will admit that I was pulling my hair for a few minutes. Got it all installed and as I did the grand finale of testing it... no water? What the.....? I spent 15 minutes checking valves and trying to figure out what was going on. I went to remove the handle to see if the cartidge was blocked and realized that pulling the handle to the SIDE turns the water on and off. Up and down is temp adjustment. For a few minutes I thought I was losing my marbles.

Adds a lot to our kitchen

This is a great faucet that works as promised. Why isn't it a five star? Because the button to turn the flow of water into a spray is not positioned very well. Every time I reach up to pull down the head, I inadvertently push the button and spray comes on. Not a big deal, but a pain in the butt at times.

Big improvement!

Our old faucet leaked, and the temperature control was very difficult to get right. The handle was "sticky" and very difficult to adjust. Pros: Installation is about as simple as it gets. Getting the old faucet out took longer than installing the new one, mostly due to the difficulty of getting a wrench on the retaining nut under the counter in the tight space available. The new faucet comes with a removable extension that fits over the lines, making it MUCH easier to tighten the retaining nut. The faucet has good pressure; less than our old one, but more than sufficient. I like the interrupt button that lets you avoid splashing when switching sinks. The temperature and flow adjustments are very smooth and predictable. Cons: I can't really think of anything. There are no hot/cold markings on either the faucet or the connecting lines, but some might prefer the hot position "down" instead of "up", or vice-versa. Hook it up, try it, and if it's not the way you like it, switch the connections at the inlet valves and you're done. The connecting lines have the usual simple compression fittings. Only time will tell, but so far we're very happy with it.

Excellent Post Sale Service

I purchased this faucet in September, 2019. It has functions perfectly. Recently the clear coating on the pull down sprayer head has started to peel. I contacted Moen to find out where I could purchase a new one. To my delight it is still under warranty and they are sending me a replacement, at no charge. This type of service will encourage me to seek out Moen items in the future. It is not every day that a company stands behind their product in this way. Thanks Moen!

I selected Moen because I have tried the Chinese junk and found you should stay with American made if you want it to last.

Year and A half later and still love it.

After sifting through a bunch of China crap, we found this gem. It's high quality and made to last. We've had ours for around 18 months and it's still as nice as the day we got it. I do not forsee having any problems with it for the forseeable future. Love everything about it.

It is perfect

It surpassed my expectations. Not being able to see it in person had me cautious but it is just what I wanted! Not to difficult to install and was able to adjust the hose length to fill my pots from the counter.

Fraction of Big Box Stores Price

This faucet was everything and more than I expected. I knew Moen was a good brand and quality product. The finish is holding up this far and pleased with the spray head dual spray pattern. I bought the one that was used and said it had scratches but this was brand new in the box with all parts and paid only $102. You won’t be disappointed with this at all.
