Exactly as described

This drain plug was exactly as described. It was quick and easy to put in. It comes with a protective coating so that it doesn’t get scratched.

Fit Perfectly

I had been searching for this part at a number of local stores and wound up returning the universal pop-ups about three times. I wound up giving up and forgot about it for a while. Thankfully, a plumber came to the rescue and looked up the part number for me. I found it on Amazon and ordered it right away. Can't tell you the relief when I found it fit perfectly. My kids bathroom sink has been saved.

Just the right thing

We purchased a home that had a very discolored drain pop-up and I was unable to find a matching part at any of the big box or hardware stores. The parts available locally were not the correct size (too short) and also they were bright chrome - not the brushed nickel I needed. This part was the perfect replacement part.

DISAPPOINTED

THE PRODUCT WAS VERY POOR QUALITY. I WAS ALSO UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT IT WAS A TWO PIECE ASSY CONSISTING OF A FLANGE AND POP UP AS DEPICTED. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT AN ASSY CONSISTED OF TWO OR MORE COMPONENTS. HOWEVER THE SELLER HAS GRATIOUSLY AGREED TO A FULL REFUND AND I DIDN'T NEED TO RETURN THE POPUPS.
