Frame is good but glass was broken.

Beautiful frame

I bought this frame for an art piece gifted to me in a 9"x12". Its sturdy, the vacl clips were a little weird to put back, but it secures the frame really well.

Awful packaging, arrived broken

Very disappointed that there was absolutely no packaging material around the frame, just the frame loose in an Amazon box so needless to say it arrived with a shattered glass. The frame looked nice and just what I was looking for but now have to wait for a replacement to use it.

Cheaply made!

Absolute cheap dollar store crap! Metal frame feels/ looks tinny and cheap. A piece of thin, cheap corrugated cardboard is the backing and it has those stupid metal clips that are annoying to try to press and remove from the frame. There was not one frame clip that had an opening to hang the picture frame! Returning for refund and looking for a different frame. Just a piece of junk!

Exactly as I expected

I had purchased these to match some that were purchased a few years ago at a local arts and crafts store. The store no longer carried the frames but I was very pleased to find that they were available online. Thank you!

Terrible!

I was not expecting something elegant for the price, but this frame looks and feels cheap. Worse, it does not come with a hook for hanging! Instead it has these sharp little clips that will scratch and cut you as you try to manipulate the frame. As far as I can tell you are supposed to use these with a hook on the wall that you just happen to have already installed, but there does not seem to be a way to do that either. Unfortunately, I was not ready to hang my picture until quite some time after I'd gotten the frame. I absolutely would have returned it.
