Very nice!

Love this comforter set. Was a little disappointed that what looked like white or cream in the picture turned out to be taupe, so wasn't as bright as I expected but still very pretty. I used the smaller pillows elsewhere in my bedroom and added my own in with the the shams (which are very nice) and used white pillows and throw to lighten it up. It fit my queen size bed perfectly. Would highly revommend.

Perfect for my needs

We had a large quilt on our bed that continued to slide down behind the foot board (sleigh bed). It was so frustrating and heavy. This comforter is basically the same colors and is light weight but sill warm. If it were a tad larger, I'd give it 5 stars. The dust ruffle is nice as well as the pillows.

Perfect!

Beautiful!! The color is perfect! I was skeptical of the red but it is a dark, brownish red and exactly what I wanted. The comforter is thick and fluffy and beautiful! I got the queen size and it covers the bed well...length and width is right on point.

Perfect except with pets.

I purchased this for our new bed and it's gorgeous. It's very soft and extremely comfy, but can get a bit warm. Also, if you have pets that are on the bed this might not be the best decision as it scratches and tears easily under claws. Overall, if I didn't have my dog and cats, I would buy it again and again. So so comfy!!

Better than expected!

The colors are beautiful. The material is just as I wanted with a hint of shine. The comforter is not bulky, just as I wanted. Beautiful set with intricate embroidery. Great quality.

Too small!

This comforter was very pretty but it was too small for our king bed. I have an adjustable bed and it did not come close to covering the mattress. I would not have returned it if it had been larger.

Very nice comforter

My comforter arrived today. As you can see I put it on a different way. We have a very deep mattress with a 2inch topper on top of it... total almost 16"..... so queen sized comforters are NEVER big enough so I ordered the King. Because a king is so much wider, when I put it on with the stripe going lengthwise, I had way too much hanging on one side and not enough on the other without pulling it over so much the strip was no longer on the top of the bed but along the side. So I turned it so the stripes go width wise and it works much better! Of course if the patten had been floral or something I wouldn't have had to do this. When working with a pattern such as this my leway was a bit more limited. Bonus is I have lots of length now to completely cover all my high pillows etc. The one minor thing is, the top of the comforter doesn't have a brown border, which because I turned it, is now on one side but it is a minor detail that can't be seen anyways and i doubt it will bother us much while sleeping. I may have to iron some places where things aren't laying as they should due to packing but overall I think it looks nice. My comforter before was gold and red and this is much softer in hues, with a bit of a sheen. The weight is nice. Not too light, but not too heavy either. The embroidery is quite nice and seems well made. I didn't put on the bed skirt as I don't need it. Throw pillows are a nice addition. I did catch a ring on the comforter though but it didn't pull too much thankfully. It'll be something to be a bit careful about! Overall, very pleased. I didn't give a 5 star only because I rarely give 5 stars unless it's just perfect. Because I had to fiddle and improvise somewhat and the price was a bit more than I wanted to pay I gave it 4 stars

Appearance

I like the general appearance, it is as shown, but it quality of the sewing is not great, it has wrinkles that take away from the general look. I liked it enough to keep it but wasn't sure I would when I first opened it. I ironed it all but could not get the wrinkles out of the design section.

Value for the money

This is a beautiful set for the price! I ordered it for my mom for Christmas, imagining that I would have to go to Bed, Bath and Beyond to find something suitable...this bedset measures up with in-store products, to be sure! Darker cream than pictured, but not a disappointing colour!
