Need a new globe

We installed the lights. Very pretty I was happy with them…Then 2 days later, I was standing in the kitchen when the globe shattered on my bar… I need to know where I can get a replacement.

Perfect little pendant

This pendant was used in a little lake cabin remodel, and I think it's just perfect. The wood looking accents are nice, and seem to be metal. It's sturdy, and was easy to install. It looks better than the pictures, but these were all I had taken. We are very pleased with this light

Not the same!

Ordered 3 lights at the same time. My husband installed the first one and it looks good, not great (definitely not worth the price). Installed the second one and couldn't figure out why they weren't even. They aren't the same! I got 2 the same and one that is different. It added over 1/2 inch in length and the links are too big to just take one out.

Love the look, but glass shattered on its own in the middle of the night

My husband and I woke up to the sound of glass shattering and ran out to the kitchen to see what was going on. The glass in one of these pendant lights shattered completely on its own while the light was off and undisturbed. We do not have children or pets - it is just him and I living in our new home. I have no idea what would have caused the glass to shatter undisturbed like this besides a defect possibly. We has a 60-watt bulb in the light and have only used these lights for maybe a month being that we just moved in 3 weeks ago. I'm hoping they will offer to replace and possibly compensate for the scratch in our new glass cooktop.

Nice country look but frustrating installation

I found these lights while looking for a country themed look and I really liked them. We bought two and I installed them. It wasn't difficult to install but a bit frustrating. Instructions were not great, some components were plastic when I really hoped they would be metal and the wiring twisted a bit during the last step which I didn't love but we added smart bulbs and now they are my favourite lights in the house!
