14-50 receptables do NOT all have the same diameter. This works with the Bryant 9450FR..

I installed a 14-50 receptacle for an EV charger. First thing, don't buy a cheap plug and YES there is a difference. I use a Bryant 9450FR because it is industrial grade. EV chargers draw a lot of amps for hours at a time, better to do it right. Problem is the cover plates for an industrial plug like the Bryant are bigger than what you find at the box stores for their cheaper options. You need this plate if your plug diameter is ~2.38".

did not come with screws!! WHY?

Why would any company sell these plates without screws? Especially when the plate is black or even white. I was very dissapointed as I now have to try to shop for screws that fit this plate and they are black. What a waste of time!
