Bad choice.

14/3 is the BIGGEST wire for this plug. No way will 12/3 or 10/3 work without serious modifications. Look at the ground blade. You have to have wall outlets with the ground in the top position or else the cord will be pointed to the ceiling. Buy an Eaton for half the price. That’s what I did. I cut this one off and threw it away.

Perfect- (except for the color.) Thinnest Available

If it was black rather than yellow, it would be PERFECT!! This was exactly what I needed. Nice design and shallow enough to accomplish the desired effects. This plug has the lowest profile that I could find anywhere. I've assembled hundreds, if not thousands of cord plug ends in my career, this one was pretty easy to assemble. I think that even a novice can install this, as long as they know the color codes and where each color of insulated wire goes with which screw terminal. I needed to push a new appliance as close to a wall receptacle as possible and this male plug end was perfect for our application. It prevents any extreme bend in my 14/3 electrical cord and is thin enough to achieve a very small space, behind our appliance. Recommended!
