Great customer service

Bought two of these and when I began the install one of the sinks had a corner to corner rock to it (wouldn't sit level). So I called customer service and they didn't hesitate to send a replacement out. Glad to see this kind of customer service in this day of companies wanting to not help you out. Sink and faucet looks great and works well. Very easy to install if you have a little bit of skill and follow directions.

A beautiful, premium sink that looks high-end but doesn't cost a fortune

I wanted a modern looking sink to go in our bathroom and I was willing to pay double or trip the price of this sink. After shopping around, I decided to buy this one and I'm glad I did. The sink is well-made -- super heavy -- and has a nice finish on it. I ordered the matching pop up drain from Kraus. My installer said some people turn the sink around so you can't see the "Kraus" logo but it doesn't bother me -- it's subtle. I suspect it's a brand that sounds like it's German but made in China like everything else. It's a great sink and I'm very pleased with it. The same sink is also for sale at Amazon Warehouse (one of ours was "like new" and $20 off) and Home Depot so shop around. Hope this helps.

Nice!

Bought a Kraus SS kitchen sink and loved it. Was surprised at how good the quality was. Beautiful piece of work, presentation, packing, and the delivery was perfect. Kept them I'm mind when I shopped for four vessel-type bathroom sinks. Ended up buying "Kraus" for all of them on Amazon. Each one prettier than the next. Ended up buying all "Kraus" pop-up drains to go with them too. Very happy. One note: Haven't installed them yet. There is no mounting gasket on the sink. You get 6 little 1/2"x1"stick-on pads in it's place. We'll see how this works out. I will use sealant too but the last thing I want to see is a gap between counter and sink or, the sealant gasket. I'm sure I can make it work.

So much better than the "fancy" one we used to have

We have super hard water and the prior blue glass basin always looked filthy, no matter how often we scrubbed it. This pure white porcelain sink has been a blessing and is easy to keep clean! Installation was a little less than perfect (therefore the four stars) as the base was not completely level. Some silicone caulk for stabilization did the trick. In spite of the small challenge, I would totally buy this sink again!!

Exactly perfect! Get this sink.

This sink is everything I dreamed it would be. It's a beautiful vessel, it is exactly the right size for my requirements, it's a perfect white color and I opted for the Oil rubbed bronze push stopper which is a perfect match to all of my other oil rubbed bronze accessories. The top and sides are shiny & smooth. The bottom is unglazed porcelain, so it's not as smooth. But they include a few pads for the bottom so it does not scratch smooth stone surfaces like we have. It's thick and heavy so it feels very substantial, this is not a frail thin piece! I highly recommend this sink!!

Beautiful sink!

Beautiful vessel sink. We are remodeling an outdated cabin and this sink worked perfectly for us to use the old 1970s vanity with butcher block. Im very happy with the quality. I purchased a kraus faucet as well. Great company!

Looks great

After not even a year of use the sink has a crack in it. The crack just showed up, nothing was dropped in the sink and aside from washing hands the sink has not seen heavy use. They have a satisfaction guarantee but have not been able to reach anyone for support. Update* customer support was great and once I was able to reach them I had no other issues. shipped out replacement with no issues

Outstanding Customer Service +

In the past 12 months I have purchased several plumbing items from Kraus (a North American manufacturer) including a kitchen faucet, 2 above counter bathroom sinks (which included pop-up faucets), 2 faucets for these sinks, plus assorted matching hardware. I can safely say that the impressive design and high quality of ALL of the items I purchased was outstanding. Although one of the sinks did arrive with a minor manufacturer’s defect, I still rate the quality of the above items as outstanding for the price, so too is their Customer Service department. The young lady who answered my call was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. After sending her the requested photo of the manufacturing flaw and a copy of my invoice by email, I received a new and completely flawless sink less than 5 days later.

I love these sinks

I love these sinks! They are big and the edges are deep/tall. I love that they aren't angled on the outside edges like a regular pedestal bowl would be. These are rectangular and more straight on the edges so that little things such as earrings and stuff don't get lost under the edges. We ordered 4 for all of our bathrooms and Master Bath

Good quality sink at a good price

We were looking for a specific sized vessel sink for our powder room remodel. We finally decided on this Kraus sink. Amazon had the best price with the quickest shipping. Installation was easy and the sink is good quality. The sink is easy to clean and looks great. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Love the look of the sink and the pop up ...

Love the look of the sink and the pop up drain. It's easy to clean too. Installation instructions were minimal except for a diagram - although they do recommend a plumber install it.

very easy to install

Very nice sink and super easy to install, the only thing I would recommend is that a sink drain be included with the sink. Oher than that I am very pleased with this product.
