Good Product with Great Customer Service!

The size and attractiveness of the 12 bottle unit was perfect for what I needed. I was a little leery after reading other customer reviews, mainly regarding temperature control, but decided to jump in anyway. Sure enough I kept experiencing varying temperature degrees. The red wine area stayed above the recommended temp of 18°C (would not go below 26°C) and thus started my telephone calls and emails to Customer Service. Thank you Stephanie (you have the patience of a Saint) for the suggestions and resolving the issue for me! I'm so happy with my purchase and can now have my chilled wine whenever without compromising fridge space...."Salute"!

Great little wine cooler

We have had this for several months and it keeps the bottom half at 42 degrees and the top at 54. Very quiet and it is in our living room. Highly recommend.

Great wine cooler

I only review products that are above or below expectations. This wine cooler is an excellent product. Sits close to my table on a tile floor, but I never hear it. The 2 chambers keep my reds 62, and my whites 45. I've measured the wine, and they are the same as the temp I've set on the cooler. Attractive, well built, highly recommended.

Good cooler, but not silent

I like how it looks very much. I set temperatures 52 and 58 and it holds them stable. But I thought it should be almost silent after reaching the set temperature. It isn't. I can hear some sound even from 10-15 feet

Works fine.

Works fine. Had it plugged in and working for 10 days now. Holds temp. Stays quiet despite being damaged during shipping.. which I expected it to be loud almost instantly.

Malheureusement il est défectueux il est bruyant et la température du vin rouge ne monte pas plus haut que 12 degrés même si on la monte a 18 degrés je connais quelqu'un qui a le même et il fonctionne très bien et est silencieux. J'ai mal tombé donc très déçu.

Il ne garde pas la temperature ajusté .Je suis obligé de regler la temperature à toutes les semaines ca fait 3 semaines qu'il est installé et toujours pareil.J'ai trouvé le probleme du pourquoi . C'est parce qu'il a eu des coupures de courant et il ne garde pas les températures en mémoire.C'est pour cela que je change mon évaluation

Give it a bit of time and it will give temperatures you prefer

It only needs a bit of time: 1, after unpacking, put on location unplugged for a few hours, recommended overnight; 2, plug it and set temperatures, run empty a few hours, recommended running empty overnight; 3, load your wines.

Good dual zone wine fridge

Easy to set up. Took some time for the zones to cool to desired temperature (6 hours or so)

Was delivered earlier than announced. In time for Christmas. I like the dual temperature. Looks good in a kitchen. Works really well.
