Great stuby
A multi tool stubby when you need it it’s what you need works good

Great For Close-In Work
Perfect for places that a longer shaft screwdriver is more of a hindrance than a help. The ratchet mechanism is a welcome feature that minimizes wrist strain. With multiple bits, it eliminates the need to hunt for a different type screwdriver, and saves me a lot of time/frustration.

Great idea
Saves a lot of room in my tool bag, is not as "stubby" as I would like but it's a good buy for the money and is still rocking strong. Recommended

Better than the Wera ratchet stubby
I like Wera non stubby screwdriver shape better than Klein. Wera applied their shape to their stubby and it doesn’t work. It’s apparently a new product for them so their new designers/engineers are not doing well, at least on this. This Klien stubby is apparently also a new product. I think they just applied their same shape and got lucky / coincidentally it also works for stubby size. It lets you “choke up” to twist the silver shaft with fingertips to start the screw before there’s enough tension for ratcheting to work. Then you can get a good grip on the rubber handle once ratcheting. The Wera ergonomics are all bad on a stubb and you can’t do any of the above. Bit changing is much faster and easier with this Klein than the Wera. The Wera bit storage looks cool and seems nice when you first receive it but in practical use is pretty terrible. Finally the Klein costs ONE THIRD as much as 3 of the 4 wera stubby bit options

Great little stubby for fitting into tight spots
Easier than throwing a half dozen stubbies in my toolbag. Been using in tight spaces for cabinet hardware - works great and Klein reliability!

Well built with a big flaw.
First let me start with this I am a loyal klein tool customer, but I do not recommend getting this stubby. Wow this stubby has a lot going for it. One, it's really small. It's smaller than the rubber handle of my klein 11 n 1 screwdriver. Thats nice quality for a stubby. Speaking of quality I found plenty in this stubby. The handle fits well in my fingers and can be cranked on with my palm. The rachet system deserves honorable mention. What's going to impress is when you turn the screwdriver and hear the rachet sound. Mine sounds just like a rachet socket handle. Then as you play with the rachet and hear it doesn't skip or miss any teeth. The rachet is smooth and works flawless. I've tested it for 2 weeks at work by switching it with my 11 n 1 when I could. What I liked was the screwdriver didn't backturn any screws. The rachet turns and the screw stayed in place 90% of the time. So why not buy it? It all has to do with the versatility. All you get with this stubby is flat tip and Phillips that's it. Here's the bad news. If you came up with the idea to use bits for the 11n1 in this stubby to make up for the lack of choices in drivers, well prepared to be disappointed to find that 11n1 bits do not fit in this stubby. thats right klein went through the trouble to make sure you have to buy all new different bits for the stubby instead of swaping with my 11n1. For now you get Phillips and flat tip, and apparently that's all the choices we will get. I also own a stubby made by the other apex tool company that starts with an M and sports red and black trademark colors. Compared to the stubby made by the company that starts with an M. it seriously lacks in versatility with the same quality in construction. Sorry to say but due to the flaw klein purposely placed in this product, you should go with the one made by that company that starts with an M.

Secret key to the universe
I saw reviews indicating poor quality, I got mine sold and shipped from Amazon and it seems fine to me. It has good heft in the hand and doesn't feel like your average cheap made in Taiwan even though that's where it's made. Despite the decent quality, I am not fully under the illusion that this is a tool that will last a lifetime or I'll be handing it on. The real question is will it more than pay for itself, and the answer for most is yes. I've had it for a few months, it's very handy, saves time, energy, and improves the quality of the work because of better control. Really excels for around the house stuff and is very efficient. It makes sense why I've observed a lot of electricians carrying this brand. This is probably not a tool for those that abuse their tools, work in corrosive environments, or that have giant hands. The mechanism is a little loud like another review indicated. The tool makes it clear it likes its bits best. The grip is comfortable which makes it more vulnerable. If anything changes or I find a ratcheting stubby that is way better I will update this review.

Ratchet gets stuck sometimes
Good bits and bites screws well. Great handle. There’s an area of the turning circle where the ratchet gets stuck. The ratchet is also very very loud and takes a good bit of effort to turn. I just use it without the ratchet now like a multi bit stubby

Stay away - bit holder is not magnetic which makes it frustrating to work with
Too bad its good size, but can't hold the bits. You won't be able to use it if your bit has to point down. Two years later. Rating downgraded to 1 star. Being a ratcheted screw driver is important, but much more important is to hold the bit in place. I worked on a shelf project today, several dozen screws to do, the wood is crooked and I used steel corners to connect the wood pieces. So one my hand is busy positioning and holding the piece in place and I can't use two hands for the screw driver - one for the driver, one for the bit. Its not funny in the 21-st century. I had to redo the positioning half the times. Even on the horizontal screws, the bit is just sliding out. A lot of time wasted. Today I was really really frustrated. Today I will say, stay away from this Klein screw driver, look for something else, it will safe you a lot of time and frustration.

Good ratcheting action
Shorter ratcheting stubby than Milwaukee. Has a better ratcheting action too overall. Works with regular bits which is very good. Made in Taiwan so dontknow why origin says USA in product description. Overpriced on Amazon. Cheaper at box stores.
