EXCELLENT customer service! Great quality!

Loved these cushions and was so excited to add them to my new rockers. I went to tie one of the ties in the upper right of the back and it was not there. Called customer service directly. (The number on Amazon was not correct. Located # on their website.) Spoke to a very nice lady and told her my issue. I said that I could box the set back up and send to Amazon. She was adamant that there was no need to send back to Amazon. She said they take pride in their workmanship and she would be sending a replacement. The new cushions were sent. I received via Fedex today and they are perfect! I highly recommend and they are beautiful!

Good enough...

The cushions themselves are fine.. but the seat cushion is not square.. meaning not 19x19" It is a curve in the back, so it leaves the corners for the chair in the back uncovered. The back cushion should be just an inch or two longer - at least to fit this kind of rocking/glider chair. But that is only for purchasers to consider.. the measurements listed in the description are correct. The 2 things that annoyed me the most ... the cushions were just put in a box. Period. Not in a plastic bag and then in the box. Not covered/protected in any way. Just cushions in the box and the box was not taped all that well. Very easy for dirt etc to get inside the box.. and onto unprotected fabric cushions. Manufacture or Amazon could have done better than that. Second thing is.. the tags on the cushions.. instead of being put on the bottom of the back cushion and the back of the seat cushion.. where they wouldn't be seen even when cut off... the tags were put on the side of the seat cushion.. about 5 inches from the FRONT. And on the back cushion about 5 inches up from the bottom. BOTH terribly in sight and noticable as shown in the picture above. I cut mine off with small scissors to get as close to the cushion as possible, but had to leave a little of the white tag paper showing as I couldn't cut any closer and not risk cutting the thread/seam of the cushion. Now there is a white strip on the sides and granted, I can cover the cushion one with a pillow but the one on the seat.. right there, all but front and center. Just looks tacky

Nice cushions

We purchased these cushions over a year ago and they’ve held up well. They are on a covered front porch, but they do sometimes get wet if it’s windy and they have been left out in all temperatures. They are comfortable to sit in and they look nice on our rockers.

Purchased for outdoor rocking chairs. Great fit and I love that the ties are extra long.

Bottom seat not large enough

I have purchased more expensive rocking chair cushions and they fit as expected and covered the entire seat and back. The seats on these are extremely small for my outdoor rocking chairs. I needed them for Thanksgiving or I would have sent them back. I will not buy again

A deal!

Bought it at discount from Amazon Warehouse. Arrived with no packaging in the box but perfect in every way. For my rockers beautiful. Are super comfy and looks great. Haven’t tested for water resistance.
