Too tight but super cute!

I’m a 7.5 in shows after having my second baby. These run small. I ordered 7.5 and while I could get my foot inside, it is too snug for comfort and I don’t even want to attempt this with regular socks. Want to order a bigger size because I do actually like how they look and feel, but because they’re so tight, I’m not even sure if I need to go up 1.2 a size or a full size. I guess I’ll be ordering both and returning whichever doesn’t fit. Such a hassle but they’re cute enough for it. Lol

Wears quickly

These boots are nice in looks and have the perfect heel height and pointed toe, but after the first time wearing them they looked quite used and all I did was wear them to dinner so I was in them for maybe all of 3-4 hours. I still gave 4 stars because I enjoy the overall look and the worn look doesn't take away from them, but the quality isn't the best.

Heel makes a pleasant click clack sound

True to size. I love this particular bootie from Chinese Laundry so much, that this is my second time buying the boots after wearing out the first pair (still keeping for dog park, horseback riding, etc.) They are so comfortable, and go great with everything. I wear a 7.5-8 medium width, and an 8 is great for me. I have high arches, and after wearing in the boots they molded to my feet over time.

Runs very small

They look great however I ordered a size 9 and they fit like a size 8 or smaller ( I’m a regular women’s 9, not W). I couldn’t even get my heel in at all with a thin sock on.

Sassy little boot !

Bought these for my 23 year old daughter-in-law, after I found them on her Amazon “wishlist”!! So glad I saw them bc I was out of ideas!! She’s very picky & difficult to buy for… she loves them! They fit great & great quality for the price ! Definitely would purchase again !

Nice leather, narrow toe. Nice to look at, do not expect comfort

Nice leather boots, BUT they are narrow at the front, I purchased 1/2 size bigger than my usual size and my toes were barely fitting. They have no support, I thought I’d be able to add cushions ( this is mainly the reason I bought a 1/2 size bigger), but now I see I won’t be able to add foot cushions. These will not be good walking shoes, If you are going for just looks/style, this is your boot, looking for comfort? Not these boots!! I got a good deal on these, so I will keep.

On Trend and Great Fit

These boots fit as expected and is very comfortable. I wore them with a midi-skirt, while blouse and navy sweater vest and it looked great, and I'm sure they will work well with pants, too. The first night I wore them, I bumped them against several things, as you tend to do, but I didn't notice any scuff marks on them. I had multiple compliments on them from perfect strangers. Also, Amazon was able to get these to me in two days, whereas Nordstrom and Zappos, who have the exact same shoe, would have taken 5-7 business days, which wasn't going to work.

Genuine Leather?

The style is as expected. I've only worn them once so far and they are quite comfortable and I love the style. I am skeptical though about them being genuine leather as advertised. If they are pleather, they are overpriced.

Fits narrower than other Chinese Laundry ankle boots/ booties

These make a relatively quiet clack-clack, which is good because some other booties make a huge noise. These have a tread on the bottom (not slippery like some other Chinese Laundry boots where I get a cobbler to glue treads onto the bottom). The only thing is, they fit narrower than other Chinese Laundry booties. I think they are already starting to stretch a little to fit my feet, though.

Great everyday booties

These boots are great. Comfy. A bit snug when I first wore them but they are moulding and stretching nicely to my feet now. Arrived very quickly.
