Durable and Secure

Purchased this for my husband. He drives a semi and needs a spare key handy for whichever truck is assigned to him. He hasn’t lost a spare key since he started using it and knows where it’s at all times. The retractable cable is strong, durable wire and can reach up to 3ft. Great product and reasonably priced.

Protip: hanging a phone off it...

Got the steel cable version. Hung a heavy smartphone from it. 1- I put the device in a case with a wristlet 2- then put the wristlet through the key loop 3- clip to the front of my belt right over the pocket. It gives enough slack to pocket the phone without pulling the reel out, and it's comfortable to pull all the way up to the ears. This thing weighs a little bit more than the rated 8 ounces so it will fall SLOWLY if I drop it. Slow enough to prevent any damage. If I'd got the 13oz version the phone would not fall at all but I like the steel cable better and it has already proven its effectiveness.

Seems well made

Been using this at work frequently for about a month. I would recommend the 48" instead of the 24". UPDATE 4/26/23: This thing has been working great until today when the cable broke near the end ring. Lasted almost a month.

Awesome and sturdy!

This is working great. Only setbacks i noticed are the spring isn't as strong as I'd hoped, and there isn't a clip or something to lock it in the fully retracted position. But other than that it is working amazing.

Excellent retractable keychain!

This keychain is well worth the money. It’s sturdy and most importantly, the case and the cord are metal. It stays firmly on your belt when attached. Don’t hesitate to make the purchase.

My fiance loves it!! Only problem is I bought it for him ending of 2022 and it already broke. Says guaranteed but it is not.

The cable frayed after a year of use, the cable broke a year later. This was just normal use nothing wild.
