Pump Issues

The media could not be loaded. As you can see in the video it seems I’m having the opposite pump problem as other reviewers. Don’t know if they overcompensated for the “weak pump” issues but now the pump is almost too strong despite me adjusting the flow rate on the pump the pump itself is very noisy and the water sounds like I’m standing near the grand rapids and not a quiet stream. As you can also see in the video water does not flow perfectly from left to right leaving a weird space where no water is visible. Can’t return this pump as return window is closed so I’ll be looking into swapping out for a smaller/weaker pump although I know that may affect the visual flow of water. This fountain is beautiful but way more hassle to deal with due to widespread pump issues. Bummer!

Nice fountain, but a couple of issues.

I had a great experience with my fountain. Arrived safely and undamaged unlike some of the other reviewers. It's a nice size and is made of very nice sturdy materials. The one issue I definitely agree with is that the pump is not quite strong enough for the size of the fountain. I knew this going in thank to reading other reviews. Wish they would raise the price a couple bucks and include the right pump! However, my fountain does make a nice sound - all about how you arrange the rocks - the pump issue is more of an OCD visual thing for me because it's not flowing evenly - I also know that over time it will wear the copper unevenly. The only other issue is the clip for the light is a little finicky. Takes some playing with to get it to stay in the right place. Short of those things though, it's a nice fountain and I'm glad I bought it! I'm using it as a tabletop fountain in my office and it looks great!

I love it!

Overall, I really love the fountain. It looks, works and sounds great. I am inclined to agree with some of the other reviews however, I do think the pump could be a little stronger, only because the water doesn't cascade over evenly all the time - water flows more to one side than another. I'm glad I bought it though, brings a lot of enjoyment.

MISSING THE LIGHT

The fountain is beautiful and I bought it even after reading all the bad reviews thinking maybe this company might have gotten their ISH together after so many bad reviews, but I guess not. I'm missing the light. (Only the most important part) .. Lets hope they read their reviews and send me one immediately. Then I will delete this. Thank you!

Pump too small

The packing materials fell apart when opened. Would be difficult to return the item. The pump is inexpensive and not big enough for the fountain - 400 L per hour. I had to purchase another pump to be able to have the water flow evenly and make any sound of flowing water. No way the video posted is using the pump that is included. I’ve had the fountain 4 days and have been troubleshooting only and then the paint starts crumbling off. Right now it is only underneath the rocks, which is no big deal. But I am not optimistic about how well this will hold up. I do like it’s small size and it’s ability to mount to the wall. I do like the cord covers and the color is nice. I have settled with Amazon and will be keeping the fountain, but I did get a refund that covered the cost of the new pump ($20) and the risk of the paint issue in the future.

Beautiful, but in bad shape.

Loved the fountain, but the packaging was all broken up, and was everywhere. Also the light fixture which was pinned underneath was broken, and doesn't light.

Really cute little fountain. A little tippy and it doesn't make a lot of water noise, but good in a sheltered area.
