Best Ever

My husband has been wearing these boots for close to 7 years. Husband is in the industry with diesel, oil, and solvents. One thing we've noticed is other soles not lasting long. They would break down and just get eaten alive. Keen workbooks DO NOT BREAKDOWN!!! These hold up for about a year. So for 260 days that he wears them. In his business it's almost unheard of. He's tried many steel toe boots and haven't had any other hold up like these.

10-17-2022 New review - Amazon issued a very prompt refund

Thank you amazon for issuing a very prompt refund for the Keen boots I knew were of poor quality and I am sure I will enjoy the Thorogood boots I have instead purchased for approximately the same price. I certainly did not expect an advanced refund and so I hope you get the boots I have sent very quickly as well. For this I have increased the overall rating by two stars and now I feel 3 stars is what the Keen boots may deserve. I normally do not return items and give them ratings and everything like that but I saw two of my friends lose money on their new Keen boots this year. I hate to say I will go with Thorogood from now on. Sorry Keen

Great Safety boots

Very comfortable. Soles failed after 1yr 3mo

Super comfortable. Great boots until they weren't. 1yr and 3 mo is pretty poor return for boots that are mostly used for driving truck,and unloading the trailer. No harsh chemicals/environment. They were so comfortable sometimes I left them on instead of changing into my sneakers when I was off the clock. I feel Keen owes me a resole or a new pair of boots. Was so happy,now just disgusted. Side note the grey patches failed/wore off after about 2 months of use. I thought it was a fluke....guess I was wrong.

Great work boot for lots of walking

Great boot. Took 1 day to break in and almost didn’t need it. A buddy had a pair before I bought mine and had his resoled he loved em so much. My company only allows 150 for boots. But this is so much better than any of the sub 150 boots I’ve had. I’ve owned danners and redwings also and they are amazing. But these keens are damn near perfect. I would recommend getting comfortable inserts if you walk as much as I do. 5-7miles a day normally. Needless to say, huge fan of these work boots.

@Keen’s loosing their stitches

@Keen you gotta help me out I love your product it is the only thing i recommend to anyone with hurting feet. But these boots are too quickly loosing their stitches and consequently their waterproofing. Everyone knows the feeling of rushing home to peal off their work boots. Keen changes that dynamic. I can literally have a full day of work and keep going with Keen. I’ve been wearing Keen for 7 years now I wish I would have found them sooner. Their work and hiking boots are the best. My only quarrel is this boot is separating from the sole at the stitches. If keen stands by their product I will happily continue rocking Keen for years to come.

Best boots

Great boots last pair (pictured) lasted 2 years + on commercial job sites I weight maybe 160 with tools they are still water proof still have life in them but the insoles wore out so instead of buying the keen insoles I decided on a new pair with the met guard I don't notice the extra weight and I'm sure these boots will be good for another 2+ years
