Good, but a design flaw for tall pushers.
I bought this chair to wheel my 89-year-old mother around the house as well as around the neighborhood. It's a well-built chair, but I think there is a design flaw. If you are over six feet tall as I am (6'-3"), your back will ache after pushing your loved one around for awhile, as the handlebars are not adjustable in any way. I think upwardly-adjustable handlebars are essential -- especially for a premium-priced chair as this one -- and I would buy it again if it had this feature.

Very sturdy, comfortable, collapsible, & nice looking!
Much more sturdy & comfortable than the economical transport chairs. For us, this was a great investment b/c our situation could last years and I believe this chair will too.

Great light weight and comfortable chair
All I can say is WOW!! I searched for over a month for a transfer wheelchair for my husband and I kept coming back to this one. It has the larger rear wheels that makes it easier to push on different terrains and it has the extended arms that he needs for standing and sitting which is really difficult to find. It is light weight and I have no problem lifting the chair to put in the trunk of my car or on the floorboard in the backseat. It comes fully assembled except for the foot pedals which were easy to do. I had everything done and ready for his outing when I discovered the owner's manual in the pocket on the back of the chair. It tells you how to put the pedals together and place on the chair if you need help. My husband is very comfortable in this chair thanks to the cushions which are removable for cleaning if needed. We love it so much that we bought a second one to have at his brother's house so that he has one there when we fly to to visit him. We are thrilled to have found this chair.

The Karman S-Ergo 115 TP Is A Great Transport Chair.
The S-Ergo 115 TP is a great transport chair. It's light weight yet very sturdy. It is a few pounds heavier than the Ergo Lite & Ergo Flight TP but if you scrutinize all three, you'll see the 115 has a bit more aluminum in the frame (sturdier), longer/more comfortable arm rests, parking brake levers and removable foot rests. They all have removable seat and back pads which can be washed. My mom finds it infinitely more comfortable than her previous transport chair (she still complains about my driving though) and I find it much more enjoyable to push. I read someone didn't like it because the handles weren't high enough for them @ 6'3". I'm 5'9" and have no problems. Only being able to buy them online though is proving problematic in getting mom's insurance to subsidize the cost. Great transport chair otherwise!

Rugged Chair
We bought this chair for my wife to use when traveling. The previous chair (another manufacturer) was satisfactory but soon tended to distort and fail from use. We decided to spend more to get a more rugged chair. THIS IS IT! We had seen this chair being used by others and was impressed with its sturdiness. The package delivered the chair is good shape. It assembled easily (I did not need the instructions!) We immediately tested it up and down gentle steps and across the backyard. The stress points are rigid and the movable joints do not appear to be affected as we use the chair.

Lightweight, compact and comfortable
We purchased this to replace my husband's heavy wheelchair. It is lightweight and very compact. It fits through all the doors in the house and is comfortable enough to use full time. It's only drawback is that the footrest are very close to the front of the chair. My husband has some difficulty keeping his weak side foot on the footrest.

Buy this chair!!!
We've been searching for a lightweight chair that was sturdy and high quality, for daily use, comfortable and easy to fold for placing in a taxi or other vehicle. This chair is all of that and more!! Excellent quality, super comfortable, easy to transport, lightweight, the perfect chair!! Everybody that has seen us out with this chair wants to know where they could purchase!! Our opinion is the best chair you can find on the market!
