Loved by grumpy cats

No one touched it for six months, but finally, my grumpy kitty wandered into it and she has barely left since. I got a second one so my other cat could also enjoy it, but the grumpbug has stolen that one as well and evicted the other cat.

Item came poorly "packaged" in a plastic bag that wasn't sealed, more wadded up than anything. Something tells me this may have been a return. Condition is good but presentation needs work.

My cat freaking loves this thing

Evey day my cats use it for hours. They love the extra warmth. And I love the window in the top to see how cute they are. 5/5 from me.

I got these alien spaceship heat pods because my vet actually has one in her office waiting rooms for cats to use during their appointments and my boy loved it when he went. Actually made the appointment a lot easier because she could do his checkup while he was inside of it and that helped him calm down; she even had some catnip inside to further make it an enjoyable experience. Super easier to assemble, all you do is zip the top pod to the bottom pod. Heavy duty zipper too which is nice. Love the see through dome on top to make it feel less claustrophobic. Plugged it in and it did heat up. Time will tell if it lasts but so far so good!

Top Cracked in 6 Months

My two Cornish Rex cats love this bed. They’ve used it for 6 months now. Neither are very large cats, slender and small to average. This bed is under a table, so they are unable to jump directly on it from a high distance; however, they’ve managed to crack the dome lid. I wish the window wasn’t an option, as I know other reviews have also included broken/collapsed domes. Otherwise, the cats love it!

My cats love this!

My kittens love this thing! I had open heated beds before and the cats didn't use them. Now my 2 kittenss are in it almost all day. It would be too small for very large cats but even my 11lb boy crawls in.

Favorite Spot

My cats both immediately tried it out, and in the first few days of it being in our house I have seen them in there multiple times. Super easy to put together, just a zipper to attach the top to the bottom. Highly recommend!

My cats love these!

I have 2 large males, both over 10 years old--in fact, one is VERY large. Both of them love this bed! At first, I just bought one because you know how it goes: you see something you're sure your cat will love, pay $$$ for it, but when you bring it home to them they couldn't care less. Not the case here: within days the bigger one warmed up to it, and before too long they were both using it regularly. I bought a second so each could have their own, though it's big enough that they could both cuddle inside just one if they didn't mind curling around each other. Cats being creatures of habit, I did have to put a little catnip in the second so they would "discover" the new bed, but within a week they were using both and now almost exclusively sleep only in these beds. Well worth the money!

Not compatible with UK Volt!!

I purchased this from Amazon.co.uk BE AWARE, you will need a Volt Step down Converter if like me you live in the UK - the bed is 110v. It also has an American plug. This is not made clear - all of the product reviews are American. I am reviewing from the UK. Such a shame as I had high hopes for this bed and as of yet I have been unable to plug it in and so can not review the bed itself.

Sphynx Cats Love This!

This came highly recommended in online sphynx owner groups. It is safe to leave on for extended periods of time and stays warm to the touch (not hot). If you have a sphynx and are thinking of investing - DO IT! It is larger than I thought it would be, which is great. So far, 2-3 of ours go in it at a time... but i'm pretty sure a 4th one could fit in there if it wanted.

Lit chauffant de qualité!

Je suis satisfaite de ce achat. Lit de grande qualité et vraiment bien au niveau esthétique. La seule chose que je déplore étant qu’à ce prix, j’aurais aimé une minuterie comme tout produit chauffant de ce genre. J’ai un coussin acheté chez Costco qui s’éteint après 2 heures ou qu’on peut garder en continue au niveau de la chaleur (payé 30$). Je n’aime pas laissé sans surveillance un produit chauffant donc 4 étoiles ???? pour cette petite lacune.

it took time but he loves his space ship now

Honestly it’s more solid then expected. Easy to move around and the cable is long enough. Cat really likes the top viewing window. Being able to unzip it so he could get comfortable with it open at first was a really helpful feature. He had to learn it warms up when he’s in it and it needed to accumulate sufficient cat-odour before he would use it unprompted. If your cat doesn’t use it, consider preheating it or rubbing it with one of your cats other objects. He now sleeps in it most nights!
