I hung the fan today, all parts included. One crystal broken, but it was an extra. When the fan is on high the crystals jingle, I use ear plugs, so I hope I won't hear them.. Putting the crystals on was the longest and hardest part of installation. The light is very bright, I wish it had a dimmer.

Missing parts!!!!! UPDATED REVIEW...

The media could not be loaded. The fan is beautiful. As for it’s function? I have no clue. The mounting bracket was not included (but it was listed as an included part). It is a different type mounting bracket than ones sold in Home Depot so I had to call the manufacture. I was told I would get a mounting bracket mailed tomorrow then it should be here by the end of the week so I will update this review if and when I get the mounting bracket. Meanwhile I have paid an electrician hourly to come and mount my ceiling fan. And I still have to pay him to come and finish it When the mounting bracket comes in. So on top of the $269 that I spent on this fan, I am paying the electrician $100 an hour. As expensive as this ceiling fan is I expect all the parts to be there. Not a very good QA process. Like I said I will update this review when I get my mounting bracket and when I can fully attest to the operation of the fan. UPDATE #1, Jonathan Y sent me a whole new fan!!!!! I spoke to them on Monday, and I received the fan today. I have the electrician scheduled to come out on Friday to finish installation with the new mounting bracket. I will give another update after installation to talk about the actual fan. Thank you Jonathan Y. Your speed and customer service is ON POINT!!!!! UPDATE.. The fan is beautiful the operation is just a very low air movement sound but definitely no noise coming from the motor or even from the crystals that are hanging. Thank you Jonathan Y Now I am updating to you all five stars.

Pretty fan, but.....

It’s a pretty fan. I had it installed by a licensed electrician. The fan worked on high and medium but would turn off when I switched it to low. Worked with the company and had to send video to show exactly what it was doing. They decided to send me a new remote. I had the electrician come back today and replace the remote receiver in the fan and we switched out the control. It still turns off when I switch it to low and only works on medium and high (and I honestly cannot tell the difference between the two).

Beautiful

Looks amazing in my living room. The remote control makes this fan perfect. Family gives this a perfect 10. Definitely recommend this fan/light if you want to add style to your home.

While beautiful TERRIBLE to install!!!!

While this is a beautiful fan, it is beyond TERRIBLE to install ... the directions they sent were not clear at all! The crystals that dangle in the center of the fan... you have to put them ALL together yourself and they are very small and there are SO many of them. You need very tiny fingers to do this and what's more, you better hope the blubs last forever because if you do get all the crystals put together and attached you will never be able to change the 3 bulbs … there are 3 very tiny screws you need to unscrew the brace that holds these crystals to change the 3 bulbs. So, it is too bad this was such a difficult job, because it is beautiful!

Llegaron piezas quebradas

Casi todas las piezas llegaron bien empacadas, a excepción de los colgantes de cristal, de los cuales venían una tercera parte quebrados, decidimos comprar dichos cristales por nuestra cuenta ya que por estar en México creo que llevaría mucho tiempo hacer reclamación para que nos enviaran unos nuevos., también está un poco complicado para instalar, no trae muy claras las instrucciones, sin embargo el abanico está precioso y funciona muy bién, sería muy bueno que la compañía considerara mejorar detalles como éstos para brindar una mejor atención al cliente
