I'll start out by saying I don't usually wear Joe's Jeans. So, I bought the size I wear in every other brand of jeans I buy - Frame, Mother, Kut, etc. I wanted a relaxed fit Jean with some give that would hold in my Mom pooch. These were pretty tight on my legs, but I do have wide, somewhat muscular thighs. Maybe on someone with slimmer legs this style would look better. And when I did the squat test, found that these were see through. I wouldn't obviously wear black or colored underwear under and white denim, but I also don't want to see my skin through my shorts. Still on the hunt for some modest relaxed fit white denim shorts...

They got a little more snug than expected and they are not Joes jeans. They do not have the marker in the pocket like every other pair of Joes I own.
