Perfect size for a child's balance ball chair
I'm a special educator, and one of the environmental supports we put in place for a student in the first grade general education classroom is a Balance Ball chair that allows him to work out his need to move with minimal disruption to the others in the classroom. The original ball that came with the chair I purchased for the child was "stabbed" by another child in the classroom with a pencil (because he wanted to see what would happen). The chair frame itself was just fine and I wanted to replace only the ball. The cost of the replacement ball that came with the chair was almost as much as purchasing the whole chair and this 45cm size ball is actually quite difficult to find in stores so I turned to Amazon. This ball is fantastic. Although this material seems more lightweight and "stretchy" than the ball that came with the chair, this ball has lasted longer than the original, although to be fair, I'm pretty sure that if this one is stabbed with a pencil it will deflate just as fast. But despite being a thinner, stretchy fabric, this ball is very sturdy, which makes sense since it is intended for use during exercises that take a person's full body weight. (Obviously I checked the weight limits and safety notes before purchasing for the child's use!) Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase, and so is my student. He was particularly pleased with the color, since red is his favorite color. I was pleased that the cost was low and the quality high since I purchased this out of pocket myself. I plan to purchase another chair for another student next year and I think I will purchase another of these to have as a back up.

Finally a true RED ball!
I have been through a few red exercise balls. They were never really red. Pinkish, orangish, etc. Finally a true red ball! Love it. It is thicker than any other ball I own (3) and feels very stable. 5 stars. If anything changes I will update. For now this is a upper tier quality product.

The 85cm is perfect!
I wanted a stability ball that was large enough I could use it as an office chair. To give you some reference points, I have a taller than average desk, I am 5'7" but my inseam is 33", and I prefer chairs that have my seat higher than my knees. I read all the reviews of the different stability balls Amazon has on offer and the size recommendations. I decided on a cheap 75cm ball. It was okay (no leaks, blew up well enough) but there was no way that ball was 75cm fully blown up (nor could I add any more air). As such, my seat was way lower than my knees... it was like doing a squat. Also, the color was awful (the color of raw salmon) and the texture was odd (very porous). Anyway... not happy, right? So I ordered the 85 cm JFit in black.... the price was only a few dollars more but it was well worth it! Ironically, I liked the pump that came with my salmon disappointment more so than the one that came with the JFit but the JFit is great. I can sit perfectly on it. It is just the right height for my legs, my seat preference and my desk. I would estimate that your seat would be higher or equal to your knees on the 85 cm ball as long as your inseam is 34" or under. Also, it holds up well under my weight (180-185lbs)... keep in mind weight makes a difference if you use a ball as a chair. For instance, if I weighed 120, I might prefer the 75cm (maybe... the 85 cm has you sitting up tall, which to me is nice)

Easy weight loss
I recently lost over 50lbs and this was one of the ways I got started. I replaced my computer chair with this ginormous yoga ball. When I sit on it in a comfortable posture, my feet wont touch the floor so I have to balance. With my feet on the floor, I'm semi-standing with my bottom on the ball and its uncomfortable, so I want to rock back but then my feet come back off the floor. You wont like it at first, which is okay because my alternative was to turn off the computer and go do yard work, which is also a pretty good workout. After a few days to a week, you'll be used to balancing on it a little, and you'll subconsciously rock and wiggle, with all of your core muscles having to work to maintain balance and comfort. Its been pretty rugged...I weighed about 250 at my peak and sat on this for a few hours every day. Its not having to hold up as much as it used to! This was enormously helpful in improving a bad back, helping tighten my stomach muscles and improving my core and balance, just for that one use.

A Very Handy Way to Work on Both Fitness and Balance!
I am an equestrian who recently had to recover from a bad injury.I'm not wealthy and could not afford some of the glossy ways to return to my sport but while in rehab, I found the wonder of exercise balls. I found this one here on Amazon and have really loved it. In fact, I am about to buy my third one over a three year period. it isn't that they wear out but I use them out on my deck and occasionally a storm takes them! For me, it has been a great way to supplement my riding. There are so many ways to use an exercise ball that they are well worth the money.I get the 85cm because I am tall and I want a size that most closely replicates my position on a horse. They were designed for Pilates but are great for playing equestrian and can be used to sit correctly at a desk! The little foot pump work's great. To me, it is not at all difficult to pump up. This is a great piece of exercise equipment for any home, anyone in the family!

Smaller size works despite my height
I bought the 45 cm one b/c we live in a small NYC apartment and need to store it in top of closet. I am 6'2 male and was worried it would be too small compared to the 65 cm I used to have. But I'm pleasantly surprised that I can get much of the same back stretching out of this, with a little tweaking. My favorite uses are very simple - lying on back and arching over it and flipped around on stomach. There is just enough clearance between me and floor for this to work. And if I prop it up on a pillow that's perfect. Sitting on it is less ideal. The pump is a little cheapo but it gets the job done these things are always annoying to blow up.

Good little ball
I bought this to use as a “chair” while I do bodywork on my clients. It’s smaller than I expected but does work. The colour in the ad is misleading; it’s a light blue not a purple blue. So far so good with holding my weight, I’m not heavy but would definitely not want it to “pop” while I’m with a client. I would recommend it if you are a small person but I wouldn’t trust doing lots of exertion on it.

20 minutes to inflate??? No, not true!!!
I read many reviews on exercise balls, the main points that everyone seems to articulate on are that it takes too long and is too taxing to inflate with the provided hand pump, and, or, the ball is low quality! Well, I was a bit apprehensive in purchasing an exercise ball, after hearing bitching and moaning about small stuff! But, for twenty dollars, how can you go wrong? So I bought this ball, with no expectations whatsoever! And let me preface this by saying that I have lower back issues, and I have had these issues for 23 years, (due to my military service), and back pain is a way of life for me now! But having said that, I lay on this ball for a couple of minutes and my back feels amazing!!! I have sciatica! It sucks! But this ball takes a lot of the pain away!! This is a very sturdy ball, and it took me about four minutes to inflate with the provided hand pump! It was a burn! A good arm and shoulder workout! Those people that go to a gas station or seek other means to inflate this ball kind of worry me, it's not that difficult!! I totally reccomend this ball to anyone who wants to work out with it, or just sit or lay on it! Gym quality!

Be careful
It's a big ball, but be careful with how much you inflate it. I've gone through two of these already. One was my own fault, as I believe it was poped by a small shard of glass. The other, however, popped on its own. It's definitely a cheaper ball when compared to other's I've bought.
