Wish I had these years ago

Very, very solid product and i have faught transplanting more times then I would like to admit until these. I used almost the same technique you would by using a pot where you would hold the plant upside down. Once I opened the velcro, a slight pull on the bag and it slid right off. Its size is also small enough to transplant to a 3 gal bag but a 5 gal would give more space to position.

Size is not what they Advertised

There picture shows 12in high its only 10in high. An when I contacted Ipower they didn't want to help. Told me to return it why should I have to keep returning things that company have incorrect information on Amazon app this is not the first company and it makes me look bad when I have to return so many things ridiculous
