Not expensive but great for the price
It’s a good value for the money it’s reliable have not had any problems. Don’t drop this tool on shop floor it will damage tool aluminum will bend and cause real problems luckily I was able to fix it but normal use it is a great tool doesn’t leak air like other butterfly wrenches solid tool

Powerful, swivel hookup, compact, IR quality
Great little impact for the home mechanic. Used it quite a bit in the few weeks I've had it and that shiny finish isn't so shiny anymore. It needs a protective boot!!! I've looked everywhere. Let me know if anyone finds one

Solidly built compact tool for those smaller jobs that don't require wrist snapping torque
First impact wrench i've owned and first for the new house I live in. I put in my own preferred air connector and fired it up! It's nice, very solid construction seems to have plenty of torque for moderate applications (10-150 pounds) that's plenty for small jobs like motorcycles and stuff. The speed/force dial is a nice feature but it is hard to turn with your bare fingers, I had to put gloves on. Side note: IR wastes inordinate amounts of effort (and paper) on multi-language books that have almost no value to the owner whatsoever. The instructions for oiling it are nowhere to be found. It does include a assembly/disassembly diagram. There were 2 sheets of paper worth reading the rest of it was just liability related stuff dreamed up their legal departments and dressed up to look like an owner's manual.

Some minor design flaws on an otherwise A+ tool
Does a good job, comfortable to hold, feels sturdy without being too heavy. The pressure control goes from 100% to nothing in 1 click though, put a regulator further up the hose if you need that control. When working at certain angles the pivot connection at the back puts the hose in the way of my arm and makes it a bit of a pain, putting a 45 or 90 on the pivot connection helped the hose stay out of the way, though I think the connector would be better suited as a solid point and leave the end-user to add pivots or angles to suit. Been using this regularly for a few months and aside from my gripes it's really a great tool!

Nice
My most used tool. Worn out 2 Snap On IM 32s, and 2 Craftsman FS19980s in the last 30 years. A bit heavier but faster and more powerful than either of the others at a fraction of the price of Snap On. Looks like it might stand up better than the Craftsman.

Excellent tool
I've used it a lot and don't know how I got along without it. Makes quick work of disassembly of stuck fasteners and fast assembly of parts too.

I'm a boat mechanic and this works great where I can't use a gun style impact in tight places. All my tools are snap-on but I prefer Ingersoll Rand for my air tools. Will work just as hard and last as long as snap-on air tools for a fraction of the price in my opinion
