Bends when not full
I like the durability of this cooler and it’s easy to carry unlike some yetis. I found out it’s challenging to open and it bends trying to open if the cooler is not full.

Stays cold
When the cooler arrived I brought it in and opened it to acclimate to my home temp of 75 degrees. I placed a frozen Blue Apron ice pack in it (12X8X1) by itself and checked on it 24 hours later. I'd say about 1/3 of it was still frozen. I checked again around 6 hours later and the ice was gone but still very cold. I did not catch how long it stayed cold but I would guess at least a few more hours for a total of around 35 hours of cold. I'm very impressed. I don't know if Yeti is as cold or colder but for basically half the price I'm happy. The zipper, as mentioned in other reviews, is a bit stiff but I think it is worth the extra effort because it is waterproof, along with the whole bag. I put some water in it, turned it upside down for several moments while shaking it and not a drop of water came out. It's nice to know if it falls over in transport it will not leak on anything. Not knowing what the materials to make it cost I can only guess that it's a bit overpriced, but I doubt if anything else works as well so if it's in your budget go ahead and buy it!

Looks like a great cooler but not what I was expecting.
I love the hydro flask brand and this probably is a great cooler. When I saw that it was a backpack cooler I ordered but I expected something different. I returned the product.

Incorrect advertisement
The images Cleary show this product in a backpack form. It is not.

Difficult Parts, Easily Damaged
This beautiful backpack cooler arrived with a snag on the delicate side fabric which appears ill-suited for outdoor use. On top of that, the zipper for the cooler was stuck and would not open. The label attached to this cooler backpack gives instructions for ADDITIONAL products needed to open and maintain this zipper! No thanks! This item is going back.

Doesn’t hold ice
Compared this $150 cooler to a much cheaper AO cooler and it didn’t hold ice nearly as long. It looks great but the main purpose is to keep things cold. It underperforms for the price by a lot. Go with something else.

Not a Backpack as advertised
I purchased the 18L Travel Bag Backpack - it came with a strap; however, it is not a backpack as advertised! Very disappointed with the false advertising.
