Effective floor cleaner
This floor cleaner is a good value. It made a noticeable difference on my grout. I also like that I can put a capful in my spinning mop and my Braava. I just wish the scent was better. It is not very strong and has a chemical smell.

Cleans great and doesn’t leave floors slippery
I just got a Bissell wet-dry vacuum and it came with a trial of concentrated floor cleaner but the machine uses a lot per cleaning and doesn’t last that long. Also I have a wide variety of surfaces in my house (hardwood, tile, LVT also known as luxury vinyl tile, area rugs, etc.) so I especially liked that this came as a bundle pack with different concentrated solutions rather than having to purchase each separately. I love my new wet-dry cleaner but wasn’t super in love with the Bissell cleaning formula for two reasons: 1) Most importantly, after using the prescribed ratio of cleaner to water, it makes my floors slippery. I have a little one who loves running all day long and he was falling on the floors which is dangerous and 2) I am not in love with the scent of the Bissell cleaner. It’s a little overpowering and not a scent I love. The product manual says you should use the company’s own cleaning solution because it’s specially formulated for the machine, yada yada, but I honestly do not believe that using the competitor product will harm my machine. I can use this Hoover product without the floors being slippery and also I like the slightly-citrus scent more than the Bissell’s scent. Another thing that I really love about these Hoover solutions is the the lid has a unique funnel shaped point on them so they pour more easily into your machine. We have a house that is less than 3 years old and we don’t wear shoes inside. Yet even though hardwood is interlocking, dirt must get down in the grooves during construction. The soap in this combined with the cleaning power of the machine does a great job of pulling up a tremendous amount of dirt. It’s also good at cleaning up everyday accidents (tile and grout or hardwood cleaner), pet messes (the multi=surface formula), etc. The hardwood looks shiny after using this cleaner while the vinyl and tile are just clean with no extra shine to them. This product is really easy to use and economical. I will continue to order this Hoover product since it cleans well and leaves my floors non-slippery.

Good for maintenance but not for deep cleaning
This Hoover Renewal Hard Floor Solution was effective and good enough for maintaining a clean floor and worked well with power floor wash and other electric mop I used. It has a very light scent that isn't overwhelming and doesn't last for long. I do like how it is packed with clear directions to use and a cap with measuring lines and a spout. This product is very concentrated and requires diluting with water, and saves on space and packaging. All in all a nice choice but not the strongest cleaning power.

Works well
I use this on my hardwoods and the first time it cleaned off so much grime I was really shocked. I'd been damp mopping with just water but obviously that wasn't enough. I still don't use a whole lot of wet solution on the floors, but just a little of this does a great job cleaning them. I'm very happy with this product.

I don’t have a Hoover machine, I have the other brand that rhymes with WHISTLE (????) that I love, but the solutions I’ve used in the past haven’t been all that great. This is the first time trying the Hoover Renewal Hardwood Floor solution, and I’m really pleased with it. It does a good job breaking down dirt, dried spills, etc. There was very minimal streaking (I have yet to find anything that is 100% streak-free). It left a nice sheen on the floors- not a glossy finish and not a dull finish- it just left the finish looking natural and clean. I also used the Hoover Renewal for Tile that comes in this set, and it did a great job on our bathroom floors removing residue from hairspray and other gunk from the floors. Both solutions have a very faint clean scent…not really a fragrance - not citrusy or flowery, just a clean smell that dissipates as soon as the floors dry. It’s definitely something I’d buy again. It’s concentrated, so even though it’s not a huge bottle, it should last a long time. ????????

Great for families!
I got the renewal multi cleaning solution bundle and have used it with toy multi surface floor cleaner. I was impressed with the performance of these cleaners as a small amount of product yields some impressive cleaning results. I have two dogs, and three kids, and one of my kids uses a wheelchair. So we have an abundance of dirt, scuffs and tracks that have to be cleaned daily on wood & tile flooring. This cleaner easily removed all the scuffs and tracks, no problem, without using any harsh chemicals, smells and no sticky residue. This is a solid set, great for families that make big messes, and people that are sensitive to fragrances.
