Pizza peel
Works good. Thin enough to easily slide under pizza but strong enough to hold heavy pizza. Pizza dough must have enough flour or corn meal to have it slide off. If the dough sticks when sliding off it will not be not fun with the oven temperature being so hot

Excellent product
Have been using this regularly since purchase, it’s super strong no flex on the plate when loading a heavy pizza and works as designed. There were so many to choose from im glad I purchased this one, great feature to be able to loosen the handle and rotate it so it can be stored easier. Highly recommend it

Folding handle is a big +
I have had this for over two years and what I like most about it is that it works well when using it with my pizza steel. I sometimes have pizza sticks but I don't think that's a construction issue, it's more of a user issue. I also was concerned about how flimsy it felt when I got it but for the occasional usage 4 or five times a year, it's held up well. The folding handle which was of concern when I got it, turned out to be a great feature and allows me to easily store it in my kitchen cabinets.

Serves its purpose without breaking the bank
I chose this from the countless options available because it had one of the largest working surfaces compared to most options available, and I almost exclusively make large-sized pizzas on the pellet grill for my family, so I needed the extra surface area. Both the wood and the aluminum have a nice finish, and it is sufficiently sturdy to support the weight of any pizza that would fit on it. The ability to fold it is also crucial to being able to store it effectively, since it would be quite long and unwieldy if it did not. My only criticism is the design of the handle- primarily the girth. I have fairly large hands, but even I find that the thickness of the handle and the squared-off edges make it somewhat uncomfortable to use. I have considered rounding off the edges with my router to both soften the contours and remove excess material in order to make it a bit more manageable to hold, but I have yet to do so. Overall, for the price, I don't feel like I have much room to complain. I would definitely buy again.

Careful, don't eat plastic! Clean off traces of protective film before you cook!!
Really nice peel, but it arrives with plastic film on it. Apparently, in part of the manufacturing process - they finish and round the edges.. over the film. When you peel the film off, there will be traces of plastic film STILL on the peel. Know what a 900 degree pizza oven + plastic + food equals? Mmm, plastic flavored pizza. Carcinogens are my favorite! Anyways, I needed to scrub this all off with steel wool before use. They should have just removed the film at the factory. I guess passing US CPSC Safety standards and not causing cancer is why other peels cost ... triple.

Decent quality, works as advertised
Have only used it once but can say it is as advertised and quality is reasonable - aluminum is not as slippery as wood for tipping/sliding it off onto the cooking surface, but the aluminum is lighter and not so unwieldy as wood (just spread a lot of semolina on the aluminum surface before you put the dough on to get it to slide off properly). Reversing handle is easy to use and makes it pretty easy to put away in a cupboard.

pizza peel was just as described.. you have to really make sure you use lots of flour to get your pizza to slide on and off the peel

Good product
I like this product because it is large enough to make a good sized pizza. The blade is thin so you can get underneath the pizza goin into and out of the oven. The handle folds nicely for storage. You can also hang it by the handle teather as well.
