compression

the size is accurate. i am a size 11.5 and they still fit okay. the surprise for me was that they are tall compression socks and go up and all the way over the calf to just below the knee. they are not like the picture shows - regular crew sock height. overall, i like them very much.

Mid calf compression socks- worth a try.

I am a male who recently started wearing compression socks, which come right up to my knee. Not uncomfortable, but not too hip if you are wearing shorts during the summer. So, I tried several brands of short socks, but they made my legs swell up like sausages above the top of the socks. I then started looking for mid-calf socks (very hard to find). I found these at a reasonable price. Note that I have short legs (28 inches), and these came about 3 inches below knee. If you are taller than me, the socks would probably be true mid-calf. Material is basically cotton, with some stretch for compression. The material is somewhat heavier than I expected, so I don't know they will feel during really hot weather. Now is mid-spring, and so far they are ok. I am somewhat undecided about the compression. They do compress for the length of the sock. However, they cause some swelling above the top of the socks, but not too bad. Also, if you have longer legs than me, you may not get this swelling. Also, I can not tell if usage and/or washing them will reduce the amount of swelling. In summary, I find them better than short ankle socks, but still not great. They are cheap enough so that if you need compression socks, they are worth a try.

Socks are hard to get on

They are ok, just wish they were more softer, as they are hard to get on.

Tight

This brand is good in keeping feet and ankle flat...but can cause a ring on the calve due I think to extreme compression...at least in my case...but all depends on size of calve... mine are large...many may have no consequences

Easy to put on.

My husband drives truck and I noticed his ankles were swollen. He wears crew socks. And these are easier to out on.

Very tight for diabetics…would only fit a very small man

They’re very tight…too small For my husband who has diabetes
