They worked

Great for what they are.

I had glow stars in my room several times when i was a kid and I wanted to get some for my 2 year old son's room. I ordered the 50 pack and didn't bother using the tack because i never could get them to stick and stay put in the past so I used a hot glue gun (if you use this method you might want to draw the pattern you want them in on your wall with plain white chalk first because they usually peel the paint off if you take them off after using hot glue.)I didn't put any on the ceiling because ours is textured but it might work better with hot glue which I am going to try because my son loves the stars in his room so much i ordered the 150 pack to expand it out. A lot of other reviewers had a problem with the size of the stars this pack only came with 3 of the largest, 15 of the medium, 18 of the small and about 13 of the extra small which fit on a dime. I think it evens out to be a good mix of stars and if it had too many big ones it would end up taking away from the whole picture, and it goes great with his "moon in my room". If you've had glow in the dark stars before you should know what to expect, they are meant to be a novelty item.And with charging them I just turn on my son's ceiling fan light for around 10-30 minutes but you may need a longer time or a different light for the ones on the ceiling.

Perfect in My Daughter's Room

These are pretty standard glow in the dark stars..nothing amazing about them but nothing bad either. They did seem to not hold a 'charge' for as long as I'd have liked but there's a very good chance that's because there's not a TON of sunlight in thw toom I havr these in. Either way my 4 year old loves them so that's what REALLY matters ;)

Very dull unless the room is pitch black

Put these on the wall in my sons bedroom and you can barely see them unless he charges them with a flashlight constantly or it’s absolutely pitch black. Not sure I’d repurchase them.

Kids love them

The glow doesn’t last very long at night but other than that they were perfect and nice and thick, bought them on sale which seems like the right price for them. Just take your time using the sticky tack to hang them and portion it out and use multiple dots for the larger stars otherwise they fall. Would recommend

They glow better than the others we have

I had put up stars in our child's room before, but they did not glow after being exposed to the light in the room. Because I didn't want to sit there with a flashlight to light each star up every night, I got these as well. The sticky tack is easy enough to use and has held for the couple months they have been up. These stars get bright very quickly! They glow after exposure to the main light in the room, but they glow really well if I go over them with a flashlight quickly before saying goodnight.

Good stars

We bought these for our son's room, and he loves them. The different sizes give the star field more depth, but I was kind of disappointed at the tiny ones; they're *really* small. It can be tricky to put the putty on them, and they're easy to drop and lose. But you can still see them glow (if you have good eyesight, which most kids do). If I were designing these, I'd get rid of the tiny ones and make some in a size inbetween the largest and the second largest. But overall, very happy with them!

Just like what I had as a kid :)

I had been looking for glow in the dark stars for so long and could only find the sticker kind, which I didn’t want. I wanted the plastic stars that stick on with putty, which is exactly what these are, and they’re exactly what I had in mind! There’s plenty of putty if you use just a tiny dab for each star (none have fallen off - the putty holds them up really well). The stars glow brightly, and my child loves them. Great product!

As described not enough sticky tack stuff

I wasn't able to hang all the stars because there wasn't enough adhesion material. I started with a little bit but the stars kept falling off the ceiling so I had to use more.

Need to recharge by letting the light hit the stars

My kids love these stars. However, these stars need to recharge by getting some lights onto them. I like the fact that each light charge doesn't last too long. Within 20mins, they fade and our kids can fall asleep looking at the stars.

These are great! They’re not a weird colour, you can barely see them on the ceiling during the day!
