Most Amazing Cookware.

I absolutely love this cookware. I was doubtful that you could cook without oil or always on medium heat but , you really can. I make my eggs every morning, no oil, no stick. I have made recipes that need to boil and on medium heat they did boil. Cleaning the pans is also amazingly easy. I am very happy I chose this cookware set.

Best Cookware I have ever purchased!

Absolutely love this cookware. It, so far, has lived up to its promises of nonstick and excellent resistance to marking. So easy to clean, I just wipe it out with a paper towel, then use a small amount of detergent to handwash. (I prefer handwashing.)

Disappointed

Are usually love Gotham pots and pans I used to think they were amazing which is part of the reason why I wanted to set because I knew how amazing the original ones were and when these came out I was so excited because I wanted some hammered pots already. The price was pretty expensive so I’m honestly really disappointed in how crappy this pot looks from only using it twice only washing it twice and I never put my pots and pans in the dishwasher I hand wash every single pot every single pan that I have ever owned because I believe that they last longer that way so I’m not really understanding why this looks like it’s been in a dishwasher or why it looks so beat up after just using it and washing it by hand twice it feels like there’s chips in it which I really don’t see how that’s even possible because I’m very gentle and good with the stuff that I own so that it can last a long time I would’ve never spent the money that I did on this set if I knew this was gonna happen

Look amazing!

They look and cook amazing and a breeze to clean. Tip of the day: do not use sos pads on crusty outside. Soap or anything else. I scratched a little off the copper. Sturdy but sos pads scratch copper off.

Had hoped for more

I was so excited for these pots. I’ve been using a mismatched set of randomly acquired pots and family hand me down pans for years. When my wife and I moved into a new house many of them were already on their last legs and the ones that were still good I think the movers must’ve used for target practice or something. That’s a riddle for another time though. With the new house we decided it was finally time to buy a real set of adult cookware that we could use and be proud of for the years to come. We’ve had them only two months and I have to say I’m disappointed. I just run a normal family kitchen so I don’t use all the pieces regularly but there are a few pieces that see a lot of action. The big pan that’s part of the set, I forget if it’s the 10 or 12 inch, that’s the main workhorse of our kitchen. I use it every day or two. Because for us this was an expensive purchase and because I was super excited about them I take excellent care of these pots. They are hand washed every time and immediately after use. Nothing has a chance to set. Despite the care in use and excessive cleanup efforts the non stick aspect of this pan was gone in about 2 weeks. I think I’m actually working harder to clean this pan now than I did with its decade old predecessors. I’m writing this review because this pan ruined my wife’s omelette this morning and I’m just sick of it. If it wasn’t too late I’d probably send them all back. I also noticed some other reviewers complaining that the rubber gaskets that protect the handles from heat had broken off causing the handles to heat up like you’d expect. Sorry to say I got that too. Real bummer to always use an oven mitt with your brand new safe to touch cookware. Overall I’d rate this set somewhere between a 2-3. Why? Because it’s pots and pans. They do the things pots and pans do. They just don’t behave the way GOOD pots and pans do. So if you have 300$, need pots and pans, and don’t really care about the quality too much then this might be a good set for you. But if you’re looking to make your cookware an investment, if you need Mrs. Right and not Mrs.Right-Now, then I’d humbly advise you to search elsewhere.

Heat setting on your stove Must abide the low - medium. Literally.

I Absolutely LOVE, Love, Love My Gotham Steel cookware. Every meal I've prepared has come out in taste and experience. Using these it brings into focus, even temp spread and how that makes for better food. I will Never go back.

Product arrived damaged.

Everything is great the whole product all the pans and lids are fine. But 1 pan came damaged and bent. And the lid that is supposed to go on it was bent as well (as seen in the photos. Not happy with that. The outside box was undamaged and overall packaging looked fine as well. So this product was probably packed damaged. Very unhappy considering the money I paid.
